“I just went to Scooter's first the first time today and it was a 10/10 experience. I'm from the area, but moved to FL and few months ago. I'm in town for a funeral and woke up without any coffee. I called and spoke with Erin who was kind enough to allow me to come to the back door to order since I didn't have my car with me. Hannah took my order and even gave me my coffee for free. Things like this make me miss the Midwest kindness. Scooter's seriously made my day so much better. I'm going to recommend Scooter's in Bethalto to everyone I know. Thank you so much for making a tough day a little brighter!”

“Im usually talking bad about restaurants, but Jimmy John’s has always been fire, I always get the bootlegger (cold) but today I got the toasted roast beef and cheddar, and it was top tier. Don’t hesitate on it.”

Maybe 1/20 will be a little undercooked but I've never had a real issue. The way to go when dq is backed up 20 minutes or you need to calorie or meat load”

“I gave them a picture of a macaw dressed as a pirate for a birthday cake and asked for yellow and red borders. And I put in the notes that it was for a Hawaiian pirates themed birthday party. The absolute hero of a decorator ran with our idea. They put palm trees, a pirate map, beautiful colorful flowers and made sand out of graham cracker crumbs!!! They could’ve done the bare minimum but they went above and beyond and knocked it out of the park. This cake was a masterpiece and the decorator deserves a raise! Thank you so very much!”

“I don't understand why I can't get home from the location before my tacos are a sloppy mess. Something on them has to be setting in water or juice! The shell sticks to the wrapper, the shell is all broken and I end up feeling like a pig, scooping my ingredients off the paper.”

“Our order was wrong however it was ok to eat. However, I ordered a double cheese burger and it looked like one patty plus a couple of pieces of a broken patty. I ate it and am only letting you know so you can let your staff know. I did take a pic only for you to use it in training. I do wish you had a way to privately message you without everyone knowing.”

“The place is very beautiful and really well decorated. The staff is kind, I have nothing to complain about—they just forgot to write down our pizza order, but after we asked about it, they resolved the issue. The menu is small, but the pizza was delicious! I really love pizza, and this one reminded me a lot of the ones I'm a fan of (especially from my home country, which made it special!). The arancini was very tasty as well. There was live music, which was very pleasant.”
