Was tasty, just took 40 mints to get through the line.Parking: You can park and walk up to the order window. There is no dine-in.Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs to the order window.
Lisa, an employee of Rallys in Bethalto, ILLINOIS, was the kindest, most caring person I've EVER encountered at any restaurant ever. She apologisedfor the fact their wings they cook fresh to order it was going to be an 8 minute wait I said OK she asked me to pull around and wait for food she even gave me a soda because I had to wait. This is the first time I've ever gotten food from this Rally's location, and it's also the first time I was served decent food from a Rally's establishment. Workers were both friendly, and the food was hot.
