“Our order was wrong however it was ok to eat. However, I ordered a double cheese burger and it looked like one patty plus a couple of pieces of a broken patty. I ate it and am only letting you know so you can let your staff know. I did take a pic only for you to use it in training. I do wish you had a way to privately message you without everyone knowing.“

“I gave them a picture of a macaw dressed as a pirate for a birthday cake and asked for yellow and red borders. And I put in the notes that it was for a Hawaiian pirates themed birthday party. The absolute hero of a decorator ran with our idea. They put palm trees, a pirate map, beautiful colorful flowers and made sand out of graham cracker crumbs!!! They could’ve done the bare minimum but they went above and beyond and knocked it out of the park. This cake was a masterpiece and the decorator deserves a raise! Thank you so very much!“

“Best local McDonalds in the area. Friendly employees, atmosphere is mostly clean and food is always prompt. Not to the standard of chic fil a or Culver’s, but drastically better than the McDonalds in Edwardsville. Edwardsville McDonalds off Troy road is slow, dirty and employees are not customer focused at all. Worth driving to Hamel or Bethalto to avoid the main Edwardsville location in your want McDonalds.“

“Went to watch Karaoke and sat at the bar. The bartenders were extremely busy but took great care of us. We had a party of 3 and ordered drinks and food. The food was excellent (pulled pork and two different wraps). The total price, including a $20 tip was $80. It definitely beats any fast food and most sit down restaurants. Will be going back.“

“Our family just had an amazing restaurant experience at Red Robin in Edwardsville! Our son has Down syndrome and being in public places causes him a lot of anxiety. We haven’t been to a restaurant as a family in many years because the stress for him and everyone around him was just too much. On arrival the hostess was so accommodating! She let my husband look at the table options to see what would work best for our son. She worried about skipping over us on the wait list even though we were clear that we were totally fine with waiting for the table that worked best. The manager asked a server to take on an extra table so that we wouldn’t have to wait longer. Our server, Mason, was so kind to take on an extra table for us. Mason is an excellent server. He was very friendly with our boys, kept our drinks full, and brought our food and drinks very quickly. Our meals were delivered quick and delicious. Thank you Red Robin for giving us an awesome experience!“

“This is the best Burger King in my area. Ashley N. always gets the order right. I have been going here for a couple years. I have never been parked waiting on an order. The sandwiches are hot and made to order every time. Keep up the good work everyone it’s amazing.“
