“The food was good, but the experience could have been smoother. The line was extremely long, and I ended up waiting about 45 minutes in the drive-thru.

I understand places can get very busy, especially during peak hours, and the staff was likely doing their best to keep things moving. Even with the wait, the food itself was enjoyable and definitely worth trying. I’d be willing to visit again and hope for a quicker experience next time.“

“My experience here has been trash! I’ve been here twice within two weeks and they haven’t had ice cream for the red white and blue slush. The service is super slow and the employees are low key rude. I had to send my food back because something was wrong. Why go thru drive thru when you sit longer than in a stall. Gas too damn high to be forced to go back around when the food is wrong and sit in drive thru for an extended time. Please do better.
Please train everyone to make the drinks the same way there no way they should be that different.“

“I was on lunch break was told food would be done in 10 minutes. waited 30. got back to work very late. To top it off the food was disgusting. I'm not sure if there was even a burger patty provided. what was om the sandwich was an over abundance of mayo and mustard like I guess I ordered a mustard and mayo sandwich. It was messy made the bun soggy and just all around gross. I was going to bring all my kidd back to eat and will NEVER EAR HERE AGAIN. A REFUND IS WANTED. 27 DOLLARS FOR 2 BURGERS 2 DRINKS AND 1 FRY AND THE PLAIN CHEESEBURGWR HAD ONIONS ON IT WASNT SUPPOSE TO. NEEDLESS TI SAY NO ONE ATE THEIR MEAL WE ORDERED ELSE WHERE AND I SUGGEST SKIPPING PAST THIS PLACE. NOT WORTH THE TIME IR MONEY WASTED.“

I couldn't wait to get to this place. 5 Star Burgers - Clayton Last time i had the Bison burger and it has been in my memory ever since. I understand this location also won the best burger award last month. Think they might be in line for another one. Today i got the 5 Star Burger, Fries N Shake. They put a toasted marshmallow in the shake. I never had a toasted marshmallow before so that was a very nice addition and gave them some points on the wow factor. The burger is presented as what i would call a craft burger. The fries we salted nice and came straight out of the grease to my table. I do wish there was more shake but i find any reason to take points off for that. Liz was so wonderful, customer service was above and beyond!!!! Cant wait to get back here...
