White Castle is a quick and efficient spot, perfect for late-night cravings. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing the condiments you desire. Although some customers have experienced issues with sanitation and order accuracy in the past, recent reviews indicate that management has improved at this location. During busy times, like late at night, the drive-thru service can take a little longer, but orders are often correct, hot, and delicious. The menu still features favorites like the Nashville chicken sandwich and the little slider burgers, along with chicken rings. Customers should be aware of the potential for mix-ups in their orders, but the overall experience has been positive, with many considering White Castle one of their go-to fast food restaurants in St. Louis.
