READ ENTIRELY PLEASERoper Ribs has been my go to for over 25 years..came into town and bought $60 worth of burnt shoots and rib tips..hubby WAS NOT HAPPY..told a friend and they said, next time in town go to STL Q..my sis happened to be in town, and was going to Ropers I told her not to, go to STL Q..IM GLAD SHE DID..she went on a Thursday, drove 986 miles and snoots and riprib tips was OMG..wonderful..even though I asked for potato salad and sauce on side and they put potato...read full review
the food is amazing, the service needs major improvement... the lady was very rude talking my order. .i almost left because of her attitude but i wanted the barbecue just that bad... please do better before your lose a very loyal

Everytime I come here the food is great, the potatoe salad is awesome, the service is awesome, and never a long wait, I recommend the rib tips, mouthwatering.No soggy bread at all. This is hands down the #1 BBQ SPOT IN SAINT LOUIS, Go try them out sometime you won't be
