Ropers Ribs definately worth the trip. I was looking for fantastic BBQ and not some chain in St Louis. I found it.I spent less than $15.00 got some take out, got back to where I needed to be and was I happy I did.Rupees is only open a few days a week and only for select hours but the proof is in the food.First, the quantity for the price was way more than I expected. Definitely some of the best ribs I've ever had. You will need lots of paper towels and napkins but be prepared for the really incredible taste! The concept of "St. Louis style" ribs is certainly confusing because this city is known for barbecue and the most famous barbeque places in town are Texas style, Memphis style, or mix-matched with a variety of styles. This space feels like being home for a holiday. The peach cobbler was so good, the communication was on point. The tables were clean and nicely decorated. Mr and Mrs Roper make good food in a nice space.I ordered the rib and shrimp combo with peach cobbler and I was NOT disappointed. The sauce was actually finger licking good
