Roper's Ribs are among the BEST I have ever laid lips on...maybe the best! Stopped in for a Pulled Pork Sandwich with Heather. It was definitely the BEST ever. We tried the Potato Salad which was excellent. Reminded me of the G-Ma's (nickname for my mom by my kids). We couldn't let the opportunity to get Jeff some ribs pass so we took home a slab. So full of meat and no sticky sweet sauce cooked onto the ribs. You can put your sauce on later. I regret not getting the name of the beautiful, friendly gal at the window. She was so friendly and had the most amazing smile. The ambiance was quick order appropriate with photos of friends through the ages on the wall. Can't wait to get more barbecue at Roper's.

Used to be a good spot for rib tips and snoots back in the day. Used to be a regular spot for me and my family . Recently stopped in and spent 50 plus bucks on rib tips, brisket, and other items. The tips were tough like leather and hardly any meat on them. The brisket and polish were ok. The sauce was good. But we were highly disappointed in the rib tips. The service was ok, but not welcoming. Overall, doubt if we will ever visit again.

This space feels like being home for a holiday. The peach cobbler was so good, the communication was on point. The tables were clean and nicely decorated. Mr and Mrs Roper make good food in a nice space.I ordered the rib and shrimp combo with peach cobbler and I was NOT disappointed. The sauce was actually finger licking good

The food is decent but the lady working the counter needs a crash course in customer service. She’s rude and confrontational. There are other restaurants that serve good bar b que and treat their customers with the respect they deserve. I have no plans to patronize this business again.

My first experience and most definitely my last. Mrs Roper was very rude she needs to retire. She’s got a ( I don’t want to be here) attitude with every customer and was even rude with the customer that ordered after me. The food was ok but had better. The rib tips were a little tough but the barbecue sauce threw it off. Don’t really care to eat here anymoreParking: The parking is all the way in the back of the business strip
