“We hadn't been to Applebee's in a while because the last time we were there we were really disappointed in the food not this time The food was delicious the black and salmon was chef's kiss the waitress and for the love of God I cannot remember her name but she was so nice I think it was Ashley I'm not sure but I know she had a 2-year-old and it was going to be his birthday so I do remember that but the food was really good it was hot it was fresh service was excellent restaurant was clean I mean it's the fanciest restaurant in Alton so I don't know what else to tell you. And when I say the fanciest in Alton I mean it's fancy for the price are there other restaurants that are more expensive Yes do I feel like going to get a prom dress to go there no.“

“The cashiers were excellent, and the girl getting my food messed up on the drinks but corrected it. Also, she was pleasant, not making me feel like it was my fault, but understood she didn't understand me, but corrected it promptly and nicely. Keep that nice attitude it will take you far. ?“
“They had their lights off to detour customers from coming then when they took my order they said sorry for being short staff and that's why I waited upwards of 30mins and was late to work because I was stuck in the line and could not get out of line....I really hope they get it together“

“First time visiting this location. Ordered via the Mobile app at the beginning of lunch. Had a few modifiers. The staff was very friendly when I entered and waited for my food to finish being prepared. All mods were correct, burgers were hot, however, they didn't have much "flame broiled" flavor, LTOP and the fries were fresh.“

The prices are reasonable, they have a great variety of choices on the menu, and their southern fried chicken add on to mini corral is delicious ?....Kid-friendliness: You can't go wrong with burgers and fries ? it's great for those picky eaters. “I work night shift, and live in Wood River. Hardee's and Jack in the box are the only two restaurants open after midnight and no matter what day of the week you go to the Wood River Jack in the box they will make up some reason why they are still on the clock getting paid but aren't serving food.I literally drive past two different Jack in the box locations just to go to this one if it's after midnight. Any time of the day or night it's always been freshly cooked to order here.If anyone has an issue with this Jack in the box I implore you to go to the other Alton Jack in the box or the Wood River one.If somebody wants to take the blame for burning down the Wood River one I will gladly take care of it!
