“The food and staff at 54th St in Glen Carbon are great but I REALLY HATE how after the remodel they can’t open the patio doors. What is the point of even saying you have a patio when it is all closed up.“

“I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!“

“Came in for lunch and was seated right away. Everything looked clean waitresses were right there to take drink orders and brought us menus. We ordered the 2 for 25. 1 appetizer and two entrees. Food was delicious,hot and out very fast. Service was excellent,would definitely eat here again“

“We order on the app and went to pick up. I ordered a pretty obscure menu item (teriyaki bowl) and when we pulled up to the window we were greeted by a very pleasant and apologetic associate. I wish I had caught her name, she really went above and beyond. They were out of the item and the app had not updated properly. She explained calmly and asked if I would like something else. I asked for a wrap and she ended up giving us 2 to ensure I had enough food. She brought everything out to the car and again was so pleasant and apologetic that the order hadn’t gone perfectly. It’s easy to get things right, it’s above and beyond to be so pleasant, communicative and an accommodating when something isn’t perfect. If she isn’t the manager, I hope she is soon! Thank you!“

“Let's start with the food, when we went it was early afternoon when most places haven't finished cooking today's food and you get leftovers warmed up in a microwave, NOT HERE! Wife got the wings, I got a 2 meat platter with pulled pork and grilled shrimp. Both of us were impressed, the food was outstanding and the staff was top notch! Very friendly and the place had more than enough room for my wife's power wheelchair to maneuver comfortably. We will be back!“

“The new menu is great, the food always delicious, and the service always excellent.

That said, I can only give 4 stars because they removed the pickle chicken wings. Those wings were genuinely some of the best wings I’ve ever had anywhere. Crispy, tangy, perfectly balanced! What an absolute tragedy to see them disappear from the menu.

Everything else was great, but I’ll be holding out hope for the triumphant return of the pickle wings. Bring them back and that fifth star is yours.

“Our family just had an amazing restaurant experience at Red Robin in Edwardsville! Our son has Down syndrome and being in public places causes him a lot of anxiety. We haven’t been to a restaurant as a family in many years because the stress for him and everyone around him was just too much. On arrival the hostess was so accommodating! She let my husband look at the table options to see what would work best for our son. She worried about skipping over us on the wait list even though we were clear that we were totally fine with waiting for the table that worked best. The manager asked a server to take on an extra table so that we wouldn’t have to wait longer. Our server, Mason, was so kind to take on an extra table for us. Mason is an excellent server. He was very friendly with our boys, kept our drinks full, and brought our food and drinks very quickly. Our meals were delivered quick and delicious. Thank you Red Robin for giving us an awesome experience!“

“When we've been there the service is always good and the staff friendly. The food is good. I especially like their grilled chicken club with fries. Their frozen custard is pretty good but I really enjoyed their banana shake. They have a good mix of Dr Pepper on the soda fountain most of the time.“

“Visited to dine in yesterday and was pleased with both the speed and accuracy of service. Absolutely nothing wrong with our order, which is kind of a rarity these days. This location was very attentive when my wife said the could not have the dairy or glutton. The offered to change their gloves and clean off the equipment that would have come into contact with other allergens. This left an impression with my wife.“

Funny enough I go here to get their grilled chicken without mayo cause I am losing weight and grilled chicken is relatively healthy. Even with being busy they made sure to be friendly and checked in to make sure everyone had what they needed. The general manager made sure to share with the other employees how wonderful of a job they did. The food was very good but it's the employees that made it a wonderful place to eat.“

“This wasn't a bad stop at all! The person who took our order was very kind and happy to make some adjustments with our food. It was good to stop here because we had been traveling all day. It was like a little haven. The atmosphere was a 3/5 stars, though, because there was hardly anyone. Even then, it was peaceful and a nice break. The fries out of all the food, was the only less pleasant food. It tasted oddly chemically and bitter. The lone star burger was much better with a soft bun, nice hamburger meat, and crunchy lettuce. “So we came in at 2pm. They took our order food came quickly. We told the girl behind the counter the tables were dirty she came out immediately with another person and both cleaned the entire place. Tables, floors, walls they cleaned everything. I made sure to pull the girl aside and tell her thank you for acting so quickly. Great food and people. The only BK we will go to and we live on the opposite side of Edwardsville where there are 2 other locations closer to me.“

“Marsha was outstanding!!! This Applebee's is a good one. If you like ribs, get the ribs. Really some of the best. They say Wes was cooking. I wish i would have gotten the full rack of ribs.
Soda is fresh and not watered down. Give them a chance. This isn't Applebee's from years ago. Things have changed.“

“The quality of our local steak and shakes have significantly improved along with the staff. Much cleaner, tastes better, and even seems more filling than it used to. On top of that the new company policies like banning microwaves, beef tallow for their fried goods, and grass fed beef for the burgers. It went downhill a while ago but I can definitely say it has done a complete 360 and has honestly been one of our families favorite quick fast food locations now. Definitely better than McDonald's.“

“I've been to this location a handful of times and have had a great experience with the food and service every time but the wait time could be improved on. Each time I've visited it always seems to take twice as long as you would anticipate.

With that being said though, it has always been worth the wait because the food and service from the employees has been well above my expectations. The employees are super friendly and willing to answer any questions you may have. Definitely recommend this location.“
