“This wasn't a bad stop at all! The person who took our order was very kind and happy to make some adjustments with our food. It was good to stop here because we had been traveling all day. It was like a little haven. The atmosphere was a 3/5 stars, though, because there was hardly anyone. Even then, it was peaceful and a nice break. The fries out of all the food, was the only less pleasant food. It tasted oddly chemically and bitter. The lone star burger was much better with a soft bun, nice hamburger meat, and crunchy lettuce. “Smaller McDonald's, ie. inside and out. Service was fast, but I walked in, and used the app before doing so... as I always do. Get your points. Get the deals. Get free food. Food was average. It's McDonald's not a steak house. What I ordered, is what I got. Parking lot is a bit small, but atleast the wifi seemed to cover all of said.“

“I went to Red Robin last night and I was not impressed. It's usually rather expensive but at least the food is good. I waited a while and my burger was room temperature. I got the last of the bag fries. Just little pieces of crunchy nothings. Which I would have just eaten anyway. But the big problem was everything was salty. My burger and my fries. Salty to the point that I couldn't eat it. I just bagged it up and took it home for the dog. I didn't season it at all. I'm not sure why they would be putting so much seasoning on their food. especially salt. it's rather annoying when you're paying almost $20 for a burger and you can't eat it. I didn't complain nor ask for my money back but now I wish I would have. I usually don't have a problem with them. Today was a really bad day though.“

“Let's start with the food, when we went it was early afternoon when most places haven't finished cooking today's food and you get leftovers warmed up in a microwave, NOT HERE! Wife got the wings, I got a 2 meat platter with pulled pork and grilled shrimp. Both of us were impressed, the food was outstanding and the staff was top notch! Very friendly and the place had more than enough room for my wife's power wheelchair to maneuver comfortably. We will be back!“

“If you have to remake the entries, remake the entire order. Speding the last 10 minutes microwaving food that I just picked up from a restaurant is wild. Also gave me a soda that had been sitting there melting for 30 minutes while they remade my entrees.“

“first, the employees are awesome. the music that was playing was awesome. I had a long day, and just wanted to sit down and eat a good cheeseburger. I love burgers, but is hard to find a good place to eat burgers. it was my first time visiting 5 Guys. The gracious and beautiful lady explained in great detail the menu, how big each portion is. All employees had such a happy attitude that match the delicious food they cook, and create such a fun and great ambiance to eat! I'm going back that's for sure.“

“When we've been there the service is always good and the staff friendly. The food is good. I especially like their grilled chicken club with fries. Their frozen custard is pretty good but I really enjoyed their banana shake. They have a good mix of Dr Pepper on the soda fountain most of the time.“

“My wife and I met five friends here for dinner on a recent Saturday evening. World Cup games were being televised, so the place was very busy. Nonetheless, we were able to find two low-top tables, slide them together, and enjoy dinner. The team member serving us was very attentive. I had the two-meat platter with pulled pork and chicken tenders (brisket was so popular it had already sold out)...the platter was tasty. Everyone enjoyed the meal. Several of us ultimately sat outside at one of their tables to talk in a slightly quieter environment. All in all a very nice evening!“

“Great food. Clearly, this is where the locals go! Wonderful Liver and sauteed Onions. The liver was soft, not grisly. Perfectly seasoned with crispy edges. My family doesn't eat Liver, so this will be my spot next time I need a fix. My complements to the chef, it was perfectly executed“

“I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! “Normally I LOVE this place ... not tonight. 45 mins in the drive through to get a cold burger handed to me , minus my concrete. She said she would go back and get it. Waited 10 more minutes , went inside , the line is out the door . Asked for my concrete, they handed me a completely melted cup of custard .... I asked for my money back. They had plenty of help , but no organization . They were all running around doing 2 or 3 different things , not organized at all, The manger was no where to be found .. I was told she was in the bathroom. When she finally came out , she had an I do nit really care what your complaint is attitude . I got my money back and left ... normally the food is hot and fresh, it takes a bit , but I have never seen such a mess as tonight !“

“We stopped on our way from WI to TX to see what all the fuss was about. A butter burger sounded mouth-wateringly delicious. Honestly, it was just a burger, but the crinkle fries were hot and crisp and salty, and the cheese curds were zesty and fresh. And I got a mini flavor of the day frozen custard, b/c apparently frozen custard is a big deal up here, and when in Rome… anyway it was scrumptious and I wanted to lick the cup clean.

Best part of this place was friendliness of staff. After being in Wisconsin and Chicago, it was nice to finally be in an area where people are nice and actually respond to you when you say something! Big difference between northern and southern Illinois. We felt like we were getting closer to home (Texas).“
