“This has to be the smoothest creamiest ice cream I have had. Everything is fresh at this one of a kind shop. The lady at the drive through window was really nice. I got a small strawberry banana sundae and it was fully loaded with whole fresh fruit. I could not stop myself from eating it all before taking a picture. They give you a sizable portion as well.

Note: They only take cash so be prepared.

And, if your car sits low to the ground go through the drive through, avoid the side parking lot as there is a sizable divot where there is road access.”

“Caseyville Inn has been cleaned up and updated, inside and out. Nice to see the improvements. I didn't see any type of cooking going on but it may offer food I'm not sure.”

“We tried Hawaiian Bros for the first time yesterday and it was absolutely delicious! The service was wonderful, restaurant was clean, and the food came out hot and quick! I highly recommend the Spam Musubi and the Huli Huli Chicken! We definitely will be back soon!”

Found Uptown Scoops on a quick search for ice cream in the Collinsville area, just a slight detour on drive back to Hotel. Collinsville is a small community with what appears to be a vibrant and alive Uptown area. We enjoyed the experience and loved the sundaes we purchased. Really liked the fact that there are quite a few things for the children to play with while the adults enjoy the treats and conversation. Keep on keeping on. We will definitely stop again if we are in the St. Louis area.”

“Travelled from New Jersey for a wedding in Belleville. We knew we wanted to try a local coffee shop while we were in town so we stopped into Longstory Coffee for it's great reviews and unique location in a renovated 1800's train depot. The atmosphere was incredible and the coffee was better. I ordered a pour over that was exceptional and my husband ordered the mocha. It was one of the best he's had. We will definitely be back the next time we are in Illinois. It was very reminiscent of the coffee we get over at the farmers market in New Jersey. Also, Carla B's BBQ Breakfast Burrito is the best thing I've ever had for brunch. Thanks for having us!”
