“I gave them a picture of a macaw dressed as a pirate for a birthday cake and asked for yellow and red borders. And I put in the notes that it was for a Hawaiian pirates themed birthday party. The absolute hero of a decorator ran with our idea. They put palm trees, a pirate map, beautiful colorful flowers and made sand out of graham cracker crumbs!!! They could’ve done the bare minimum but they went above and beyond and knocked it out of the park. This cake was a masterpiece and the decorator deserves a raise! Thank you so very much!“

Kid-friendliness: There wasn't anyone there but myself and my fiance so I am saying it's probably not like McDonald's kid friendly I would say it's more for adults to take pleasure in there food

“I have been regularly going to this Taco Bell on my way home from work this past year. There is a young male worker that is extremely polite and goes above and beyond for the drive thru. I don't know his name but I went there this afternoon a little after 5 pm and he is doing amazing. Corporate give that young man a courtesy award for his hospitality. I don't see it very often nowadays.“

“Best local McDonalds in the area. Friendly employees, atmosphere is mostly clean and food is always prompt. Not to the standard of chic fil a or Culver’s, but drastically better than the McDonalds in Edwardsville. Edwardsville McDonalds off Troy road is slow, dirty and employees are not customer focused at all. Worth driving to Hamel or Bethalto to avoid the main Edwardsville location in your want McDonalds.“

“Service was fast and the lady at the drive thru was very friendly. The food was definitely up to KFC standards. My husband tried the chicken sandwich for the first time and said it may put all others to shame. He highly recommends giving it a try if you haven't.“

“We were greeted by the general manager and the other workers chimed in as well with a hello. Even with being busy they made sure to be friendly and checked in to make sure everyone had what they needed. The general manager made sure to share with the other employees how wonderful of a job they did. The food was very good but it's the employees that made it a wonderful place to eat.“

Funny enough I go here to get their grilled chicken without mayo cause I am losing weight and grilled chicken is relatively healthy. Not a huge detail, just a little scattered and not real busy. Place is tiny and parking lot is right, hence the 3 for atmosphere. Layout is weird and hard for people to que up and order.“

If I get out of my car and go inside to dine, I don't want my food served in styrofoam containers shoved in a plastic bag and handed to me. In addition, the French fries are typically a tad saltier than most other places, which is OK, but today they resembled candied orange slices they were so COVERED with salt. “Rally's is easily one of my favorite fast food spot. I'm rarely ever disappointed. The service is great and also fast. I've eaten there several times and they've never messed my order up. “We order on the app and went to pick up. I ordered a pretty obscure menu item (teriyaki bowl) and when we pulled up to the window we were greeted by a very pleasant and apologetic associate. I wish I had caught her name, she really went above and beyond. They were out of the item and the app had not updated properly. She explained calmly and asked if I would like something else. I asked for a wrap and she ended up giving us 2 to ensure I had enough food. She brought everything out to the car and again was so pleasant and apologetic that the order hadn’t gone perfectly. It’s easy to get things right, it’s above and beyond to be so pleasant, communicative and an accommodating when something isn’t perfect. If she isn’t the manager, I hope she is soon! Thank you!“
