Called in to order a pizza. Got routed to a call center in India. Call center didn't know how to add a promo code or give me my total. When pizzas arrived. The zesty Italian that was ordered and repeated to the call center multiple times arrived as a sausage. When called back got to speak to store by pressing 0. No complaints until 12-21-2019 9:15pm went to pick up my last minute quick order. One of the delivery drivers was inside making boxes. The problem I have with this he had around 30 boxes on the floor on end propped up like a broom set to the side making them. I watched the boxes fall over twice. The pizza comes in direct contact with the boxes. He went back and gathered around another 30 boxes and made them the same way from the floor. Love Papa Johns but over the years they have gotten cheap...does anybody remember when they gave you three pepperocinis?..now you get one...and their Philly cheese steak pizza is awesome but it barely has any meat on it at all ..might as well just be a Philly cheese pizza because the steak is almost non existent...loved the toasted subs too but now they barely have anything on them...don't know if it's just this location but they would be so much better if they would not be so...read full review
