Service is quick and accurate. They are giving a lot less meat sauce for the spaghetti family pack than before though. It is truly not enough.
We placed a catering order, everything was fresh and as ordered. Great job!
My daughter and I ate here 2 weeks ago and I was blown away at how polite and great the staff was. The food was great, fast, fresh, and hot. They actually came around with fresh breadsticks. It was overall really good. I haven’t been to a fazolis in years. In fact this experience was so good, we went back the next week and had the same experience. Kudos to year all.

Jabraia was very friendly and explained how to use the pinpad, bringing around fresh hot bread for the dining area. Fazoli's is a great choice for a quick, satisfying meal.
