“Service was incredible. I'm not sure who my server was, but he was bubbly and energetic and seemed overjoyed to help out when we ordered. When he brought our food, he actually ran back in the restraunt with our card to pay for our food and then back out, it must have taken him less than 20 seconds. Incredible guy. Probably the second time I've eaten at a Sonic, but I got a super sonic burrito (I'm pretty sure?), and it was great.“
“I waited in line for almost 45 min got there at 730 pm, but by the time i got to, the window grill was closed. Now i could have done a walk-up window, but i have a knee infection, and walking is very hard. I told the employee i was here before 8 but in line. Her comment was, " So grill is closed now." I guess i won't be back until knee is healed.“
“Good burgers, chill atmosphere. Bourbon Burger and Arch Burger are my go tos. Wings are good as well. Everything I've ordered has been fantastic.Quick tip: If you're doing takeout, I would recommend getting a pretzel bun, as it travels better than a regular one.“
“A friend told me about this place. So first time ordering. We ordered the fried chicken, chicken fingers, mashed taters & gravy, slaw, fried mushrooms. It was hot and fresh. Best chicken I’ve eaten in a long time. Mashed taters and gravy rocked. It was all really good. However, I didn’t get my Texas toast that came with the meal. Very disappointed because I’m a bread eater with my meal. But I won’t let that deter me. As the terminator says’ I’ll be back’ lol“

Inside and outside seating! Just overall, a great spot along highway 94 when you cut from Alton, Illinois to Saint Charles, MO!! “The customer service was AWESOME from the time I walked in. I ordered a Turkey Melt Sandwich with the sauce on the side.There was a picture of the sandwich on the menu board beside the description of the sandwich. I ended up with a turkey burger. I went. Back in to ask about my order and was told by the Chef it was not what the picture shows and that it reads a Turkey Burger. The Wonderful Lady at the counter confirmed what the menu board shows. It read Turkey Melt !! All I got was a Sorry about that from the. Chef.. I definitely didn’t expect that. I knew then that I would not return..Parking: Parking was great“

This particular day, however, I had time to kill, & a little voice kept saying, "Do something for YOU."I had just stopped in at a grocery store nearby to see if they had something my parents enjoy but can't get at the location near where they live - but it's apparently been discontinued altogether.I got out to my vehicle, feeling disappointed, and still had 45 minutes until I was due to arrive at another appointment 6 to 8 minutes away. That's when I spotted the DQ. I said to myself, "Go in, get yourself something tasty, and sit & enjoy it here! You deserve it!"I got inside, and the first thing I saw was the featured Blizzard flavor: Snickerdoodle Cookie Dough. Snickerdoodles are my favorite cookie, and that further convinced me that I was supposed to stop there.The young lady who took my order was really nice, and she had my Blizzard was ready right away... And it was HEAVENLY!When I finished, I was then feeling guilty for treating myself, and since I happened to have a cooler with dry ice in my vehicle, I bought my hubby a box of Cherry Dilly Bars. “Posting from my boyfriend's account (25f)I went in to the East Alton location today wondering if I could use my virtual card and have them manually enter it in since I don't have my physical copy of my debit card and wanted to get my five year old daughter some dinner, but they couldn't do that. The young gentleman at the front counter who helped me showed me unrelenting kindness. After asking the manager on shift, and being told they were no longer allowed to enter card info in manually, this astounding young person asked me what she wanted, and I said nevermind it's alright, and started to walk away and he says "no, ma'am what do you want?" and said he wanted to pay for my daughters dinner so what was it she wanted. Thank you! You were the third place that denied me being able to use my card, I must have looked pretty disappointed. And for whatever reason, you paid for her dinner tonight. While $6 may not seem like a lot, it meant a lot to me. Times are tough out here and you have restored my faith in humanity once more. So thank you again.“
