Charleys Cheesesteaks is a restaurant located in a mall, offering a variety of parking spaces and accessibility for wheelchairs. The menu includes tasty sandwiches, such as cheesesteaks and buffalo chicken. Some customers have mentioned inconsistencies in food preparation, like missing sauces, while others enjoyed their meals. The restaurant is suitable for families with kids, as it has games and activities in the food court. One suggestion for improvement is to manage the hectic environment, especially during peak mall hours. Overall, the restaurant provides a decent dining experience, especially with their refreshing strawberry lemonade.
