“If you have to remake the entries, remake the entire order. Speding the last 10 minutes microwaving food that I just picked up from a restaurant is wild. Also gave me a soda that had been sitting there melting for 30 minutes while they remade my entrees.“

She was warm, comforting, personable, responsive, checked on me often and was so very sweet. She ensured that I was satisfied with everything. “We always enjoy the food at Cracker Barrel. This past Saturday, we ate at the Shiloh, IL location. The service was terrible. Our waitress, Joya, stopped by our table to say she would be with us as soon as she finished with the table next to us. My husband & I knew what we wanted so when she took our order, we ordered our drinks and then told her we wanted an appetizer (loaded hashbrown tots) and we knew what we wanted for our meals. I ordered the cheesecake stuffed Pancakes and my husband ordered the steak & egg hashbrown casserole skillet meal. We got our drinks right away, and then waited about 20 minutes before she brought our meals out. When we asked about our appetizer, she said she was sorry and asked if we still wanted it. We said no. The skillet meal was missing the tomatoes & green onions on top and he was never asked if he wanted biscuits. She said she was sorry again and was "slacking in her duties". She brought out a tiny cup with about 3-4 pieces of tomato and a few pieces of onion. She still never offered biscuits. The couple next to us heard us talking about what we were missing & they got up & left before even getting their drinks. The couple behind us also had issues with items missing from their order because I saw them talking to her as she looked at her order book and then came back with food a few minutes later. We enjoy the food but may end up going to another location next time.“

“Me and my husband go to Golden Corral every Sunday morning for breakfast before church. We absolutely love the cashier at the door. We see her every Sunday morning. The lady who makes the omelets just the way you like them always does an out standing job. As for the servers everyone has always been very nice. Always making sure we have drinks and refills. Always asking if we need anything else. Never sitting there with dirty plates on the table. I look forward to are Sunday Mornings.“

Also the staff are so nice. Love coming in on Thursday afternoons for lunch.

“Ordered turkey white bean chili, bbq sand on brioche (both daily specials), rosemary jalapeño fries, breakfast burrito to share. I sampled all and absolutely delish! Each item tasted extraordinary. I love this place because everything I order is made with carefully crafted flavors and texture—down to the salsa served on the side of burrito. It was homemade and fresh—not jarred. Burrito stuffed with eggs, chorizo, bacon, and more—ordered mine without potato. Smoky, not too spicy—YUM! BBQ was tender and tasty but chunky and not stringy—how delightful! Fries are always great and I must order every time I go. Chili had nice chunks of succulent turkey—you could see and taste the turkey. This place never disappoints and gets better every time I go.“

“We were going to be cutting through town during lent season for a late night volleyball game. The No-Jacks online ordering system was extremely easy to navigate, we placed our order, it was ready on time when we strolled through town and by the time we got home-the food was still wonderful! Their fish was great especially-good quality fish, nice flavor, fried perfectly. The vinegar based slaw was also wonderful. Glad to see fried okra in the menu too ☺️ We will be back!“

“We came in for pasta night. Everything was fresh, MORE than enough food, a dessert was included and the atmosphere was top notch. We aren't drinkers so I can't speak to the taste of the cocktails but the glasses that passed our table were beautifully done, you can tell there is a lot of pride and skill that goes into the drink menu. We were greeted warmly by friendly faces and genuine smiles, the music was just the right level, I can't say enough wonderful things about our experience. We will definitely be returning!“

“My daughter and I ate at First Watch on January 25,2024, the food was good as always. So as we were leaving I went to pay and my daughter and granddaughter went to the car, my comes in and say mama I locked the keys in the car and my granddaughter is in there. She called O’Fallon police and so did one of the staff did as well. The police community service worker came out and tried unlocking the door for about 20 minutes, remind you my granddaughter is in there and it’s cold and raining. Next thing I know almost the whole staff came out and tried everything they can do because they seen we were out there for a long time. I finally got ahold of my insurance company and they sent someone out and they was able to unlock my door finally. Big shout out to the staff at First Watch for all your help, my daughter and I really appreciate you all ❤️“

“Had eggs, country fried steak, hash browns, toast and coffee. Gravy for the country fried steak was delicious. Other items were also tasty. Eggs perfectly cooked. Coffee was great. Service was prompt and staff friendly. Televisions on the wall so you can watch tv while eating. Couple next to me had an omelette and biscuits and gravy said they were delicious. Next time I’ll try their pancakes or French Toast.“

The staff is consistently friendly when we eat in—quick with drink refills and never letting the salsa run low. Speaking of salsa, their house salsa is a solid 10/10.

“Wow. I am a Reuben snob and loved their sandwich! It was so thick that I could not even finish it! The batter on the onion rings was very good. They were a little mushy inside, but still had a very good flavor.
On top of that, the people at the bar seemed to be having a great time. When I stopped in to pick up my order, there was a group singing Billy Joel's Piano Man and having a blast. I look forward to going back again and bringing my husband along so that we can enjoy it together!“

“Our monthly guy & gal get together was at Sybergs and more people arrived than expected. YEP, we always ask that everyone RSVP so we can make reservations. Anyway the staff was great and managed to get everyone seated at two tables for lunch and everyone seemed to enjoy one another company & we must've all enjoyed meals, I did, cuz there were no complaints. Too many orders to say who ordered what. We were all seated comfortably, Even late arrival. These were former Classmates & we didn't all go to same University but we stay in touch. Our Waiter was Charming with an A+ Customer Service attitude, as was the Hostess who seated us. There are alcoholic beverages available & TVs with sports programming all over the place. Great place to dine, plus it's spacious whether it's a group or individuals stopping by for sports updates & a drink or just a Coke and a Smile 😀 They are an Amiable Group. The food, wait staff and jukebox is what brings us back. Was there today with my son who’s disabled. He hates getting out of the house, but loves the jukebox. (He likes singing to his favorite song (The Star Spangled Banner). The staff is attentive and a special shout out to Kim. We were celebrating a special weekend for me. “This is your typical chain sports bar with a large variety of dishes. Our server Letty was very gracious and friendly. She was prompt with drinks and always had great timing without being clingy. She went out of her wait to take good care of us when we moved to the pool tables to play some games. The manager I have no idea who she was is severely lacking leadership training and berated our server in front of us. Letty had done nothing more than to try and make it possible for us to watch the hockey game on a nearby TV.“

Honestly, it was just a burger, but the crinkle fries were hot and crisp and salty, and the cheese curds were zesty and fresh. And I got a mini flavor of the day frozen custard, b/c apparently frozen custard is a big deal up here, and when in Rome… anyway it was scrumptious and I wanted to lick the cup clean.

Best part of this place was friendliness of staff. After being in Wisconsin and Chicago, it was nice to finally be in an area where people are nice and actually respond to you when you say something! “Normally I LOVE this place ... not tonight. 45 mins in the drive through to get a cold burger handed to me , minus my concrete. She said she would go back and get it. Waited 10 more minutes , went inside , the line is out the door . Asked for my concrete, they handed me a completely melted cup of custard .... I asked for my money back. They had plenty of help , but no organization . They were all running around doing 2 or 3 different things , not organized at all, The manger was no where to be found .. I was told she was in the bathroom. When she finally came out , she had an I do nit really care what your complaint is attitude . I got my money back and left ... normally the food is hot and fresh, it takes a bit , but I have never seen such a mess as tonight !“

“I went to Red Robin last night and I was not impressed. It's usually rather expensive but at least the food is good. I waited a while and my burger was room temperature. I got the last of the bag fries. Just little pieces of crunchy nothings. Which I would have just eaten anyway. But the big problem was everything was salty. My burger and my fries. Salty to the point that I couldn't eat it. I just bagged it up and took it home for the dog. I didn't season it at all. I'm not sure why they would be putting so much seasoning on their food. especially salt. it's rather annoying when you're paying almost $20 for a burger and you can't eat it. I didn't complain nor ask for my money back but now I wish I would have. I usually don't have a problem with them. Today was a really bad day though.“
