I loved how open the kitchen was, so I was able to see the food prep area and let me say as a food service employee that this place is spotless. Very impressed with how clean it was. The employees were working together and communicating like a team should. Keep up the great work and I will be back.“

“I come to this store very often and always have amazing service and great ice cream. I felt extremely horrible for those kids working a long line to the door after 10. It was posted publicly that they close at 11, but I suppose that was a mistake. They were extremely nice to us considering the circumstances. They did not deserve the complaints they got because it was not their fault. Anywho props to those kids tonight and I hope their night got better for them.“

“We are from Ohio, the Columbus area. Passing thru on a work/vacation trip and wanted desert after have dinner. Found Uptown Scoops on a quick search for ice cream in the Collinsville area, just a slight detour on drive back to Hotel. Collinsville is a small community with what appears to be a vibrant and alive Uptown area. We enjoyed the experience and loved the sundaes we purchased. Really liked the fact that there are quite a few things for the children to play with while the adults enjoy the treats and conversation. Keep on keeping on. We will definitely stop again if we are in the St. Louis area.“

“Atmosphere is great with good music. Staff is friendly but the food/drinks are overrated. We went for “flights and bites” and tried both the apple and slider trays. We were given 6 apple slices total, half a cup of caramel and TONS of toppings…not at all like was pictured quantity wise. Sliders were very bland, no jalapeño’s on top as pictured, and our cider was not very cold. I would recommend eating elsewhere for the cost.“

“This place has some of the best boba I’ve had. The drinks taste fresh and balanced, and they are not overly sweet. The tapioca pearls are soft and chewy, which makes the drink even better. The staff is friendly, and the service is quick, even when it gets busy. The shop is clean and has a nice, relaxed vibe. You can really tell the owner takes pride in the store and cares about the quality and customer experience. My favorite drink here is the green tea mango boba. It’s refreshing and full of flavor. I definitely recommend giving it a try if you like fruity drinks. I’ll definitely be coming back.“
