It was busy as any coldstone is from 8-10 but we had great service!! I had a pickup order but someone with my same name had a similar order. Staff was soo friendly and engaging even with my daughter! They remade the order and it only took a few minutes. Staff was very apologetic and the ice cream is great (of course). So happy to see coldstone come to Collinsville!
We had a wonderful experience at Cold Stone Creamery. My kids absolutely loved watching their ice cream being mixed on the frozen stone and getting to choose their own toppings. The staff was friendly and patient while the kids made their selections, and the ice cream was fresh and delicious. The atmosphere was fun, clean, and family-friendly. We'll definitely be back!
Highly recommend for families looking for a fun dessert outing.
