“The Collinsville Dairy Freeze is a community staple. The owners and staff are friendly and efficient. If you haven’t yet had their orange sherbet, it’s the best (possibly the best in the world!).“

“My family and I visit Happy Days at least once a week sometimes more. The past few times we have been in, the scoops keep getting smaller. One scoop does not even fill a small cup now. Big scoops make people happy. If you are that worried about a few cents in product, I may need to start taking my business elsewhere. It’s a real disappointment to get a small bowl of ice cream that has hardly any in it. I can do better than that at home.“
