“The ice cream is very good, but...don't plan on any "naughty" flavors at the Edwardsville store, probably ever. That aspect is very disappointing. Service is great, atmosphere good. The owners should be up-front and post "no boozy flavors" on the Edwardsville website, not just a sign inside (after you're already inside the store). The ice cream was very tasty, but I was craving something "special".“

“It was busy as any coldstone is from 8-10 but we had great service!! I had a pickup order but someone with my same name had a similar order. Staff was soo friendly and engaging even with my daughter! They remade the order and it only took a few minutes. Staff was very apologetic and the ice cream is great (of course). So happy to see coldstone come to Collinsville!“
