Just went tonight and am disappointed. My wife and I ordered simple items (hot fudge sundae and a cake batter shake) but we had a 25 minute wait AFTER we ordered in the drive through. After 10 minutes I counted NINE items go out the walk up. After 15 minutes I got my sundae which had maybe 1 pump of chocolate. 10 minutes later we gat a shake. the sundae was half melted at this point but the shake was wrong. We got a vanilla shake instead of a cake batter.
Went yesterday and ordered the Hero concrete. The description says Graham Cracker, Mashmallow, Cake Batter and STRAWBERRIES. What I got was a couple tiny pieces of Graham cracker and enough strawberry SYRUP to make the concrete slightly pinkish. It was horrible and won't be back.
This was paid first time getting custard. It was great. I had the Hula, my son had the Mud Pie, and my daughter had the Birthday cake.
