“My husband and I went here for the first time Saturday 9/12..everything we ordered was delicious. The portion you get is enough to take home for later or the next day. The atmosphere is nice and comfortable. The workers are really nice. The young lady who was waiting tables,she is truly genuine, patient & kind. I would like to go here again.“

“We hadn’t been at Horseshoe for a number of years, but lately it seems to be one of our go to restaurants. Have only had to take back my food once (a rarity for me). The food, wait staff and jukebox is what brings us back. Was there today with my son who’s disabled. He hates getting out of the house, but loves the jukebox. (He likes singing to his favorite song (The Star Spangled Banner). The staff is attentive and a special shout out to Kim. We were celebrating a special weekend for me. Realizing that the chicken strips means chicken “nuggets” to him, made my day. (It’s the little things.)“

“Ivy was absolutely amazing! We came in with a large group after a soccer tournament, and she handled everything like a pro! Despite having so many people to take care of, she never missed a beat. Every order was correct, she was attentive, efficient, and had a great attitude the entire time. Managing a group our size is no easy task, but Ivy made it look effortless! We couldn’t have asked for better service. Huge shoutout to Ivy for doing such an awesome job!“

“I do not recommend this place the first girl that waited on us today was nice. She was great asked us after 3 if she could check us out cause another girl was coming in we said yes. The other young lady asked my finance if he needed a beer and he said yes and we wanted a to go order also. That girl walked by us 3 times didn’t wait on us and threw her hair around like she didn’t give 2 shits.“

“Never been to Culver's, but we'll definitely be back. The food was fresh, tasted great, your team was very pleasant and the place was clean. This Culver's is one of the nicest fast casual places I've been in for a long time. The tables were clean, clean soda machine and plenty of condiments, and the floors looked good too. Had the deluxe value basket and they have some of the best crinkle cut fries around.“

“hands down the best bar restaurant in Collinsville Illinois food is fantastic they're Pizza can't be beat Philly steak cheese sandwich hands down the best around and let me tell you about the french fries the best staff is phenomenal Nikki is the best waitress around and Copo is the best bartender and general manager“

“Best smash burger in Collinsville seasoned perfectly with two different cheeses and a toasted bun, so good you don't need any other toppings. Multiple fry choices and a good selection of on tap beer. Good atmosphere with attentive bartender. I might just become a regular.“

“My sister and I came in on the evening of 11/15/26. At first, I didn't know that I was going to have a good experience; however, after getting past the host and met our waitress, things immediately turned around for the good. Our waitresses name was Nikki, such a sweet person. My sister and I both ordered the ribeye steak, cooked medium rare and loaded sweet potato. Our steaks were cooked perfect and the sweet potato tasted fresh not left over with such a wonderful flavor. My sister said that that was the best steak that she had ever ate. Please tell Nikki that we said Thanks for saving the evening, you can tell that she is experienced in her job. Her pleasant welcoming was just what I needed. Please tell her that because of her that we will be back. Sooner than later.“

“Visited after a Savanna Bananas game at about 11pm party of 4. This is not a historically good time for me to visit steak n shakes as far as service goes. This was a far different experience. Food was out quickly, tasted great, and exactly as ordered. The woman working the dining area was extremely friendly and made sure everything was right with our order when she brought it out. Could not have asked for a better experience.“

“We were in Collinsville and wanted to try a local restaurant for lunch. The sandwiches and red pepper soup was very good! We got there at 11:15, so it wasnt busy! The only thing I didnt care for was the staff chatting nearby and using the 'F' word many times. Besides that the atmosphere was very nice! People came in to pick up their orders. Im thinking its a popular place!“
