She was warm, comforting, personable, responsive, checked on me often and was so very sweet. She ensured that I was satisfied with everything. She really needs to be the standard that everyone else is held to! I couldn't thank her enough! The food was also excellent!“

“We always enjoy the food at Cracker Barrel. This past Saturday, we ate at the Shiloh, IL location. The service was terrible. Our waitress, Joya, stopped by our table to say she would be with us as soon as she finished with the table next to us. My husband & I knew what we wanted so when she took our order, we ordered our drinks and then told her we wanted an appetizer (loaded hashbrown tots) and we knew what we wanted for our meals. I ordered the cheesecake stuffed Pancakes and my husband ordered the steak & egg hashbrown casserole skillet meal. We got our drinks right away, and then waited about 20 minutes before she brought our meals out. When we asked about our appetizer, she said she was sorry and asked if we still wanted it. We said no. The skillet meal was missing the tomatoes & green onions on top and he was never asked if he wanted biscuits. She said she was sorry again and was "slacking in her duties". She brought out a tiny cup with about 3-4 pieces of tomato and a few pieces of onion. She still never offered biscuits. The couple next to us heard us talking about what we were missing & they got up & left before even getting their drinks. The couple behind us also had issues with items missing from their order because I saw them talking to her as she looked at her order book and then came back with food a few minutes later. We enjoy the food but may end up going to another location next time.“

“Me and my husband go to Golden Corral every Sunday morning for breakfast before church. We absolutely love the cashier at the door. We see her every Sunday morning. The lady who makes the omelets just the way you like them always does an out standing job. As for the servers everyone has always been very nice. Always making sure we have drinks and refills. Always asking if we need anything else. Never sitting there with dirty plates on the table. I look forward to are Sunday Mornings.“

“Lilly’s has been going strong for over a quarter century but today was my first time. A small mom & pop venue. I didn’t expect much but ordered the beef and lamb gyros. So many places just don’t make them right. But Lilly’s was spot on. I hadn’t had such a good gyro in over a decade! This first time customer hopes to be going back many times regardless it is 10 miles from home.“

“My daughter and I ate at First Watch on January 25,2024, the food was good as always. So as we were leaving I went to pay and my daughter and granddaughter went to the car, my comes in and say mama I locked the keys in the car and my granddaughter is in there. She called O’Fallon police and so did one of the staff did as well. The police community service worker came out and tried unlocking the door for about 20 minutes, remind you my granddaughter is in there and it’s cold and raining. Next thing I know almost the whole staff came out and tried everything they can do because they seen we were out there for a long time. I finally got ahold of my insurance company and they sent someone out and they was able to unlock my door finally. I got the last of the bag fries. Just little pieces of crunchy nothings. Which I would have just eaten anyway. But the big problem was everything was salty. My burger and my fries. Salty to the point that I couldn't eat it. I just bagged it up and took it home for the dog. I didn't season it at all. I'm not sure why they would be putting so much seasoning on their food. especially salt. it's rather annoying when you're paying almost $20 for a burger and you can't eat it. I didn't complain nor ask for my money back but now I wish I would have. I usually don't have a problem with them. Today was a really bad day though.“
