“I have been going to Gary's since I was in 7th/8th grade (after sockhops). I was addicted to their ice the whole time I was pregnant with my son 20 yrs ago, plus I went into labor there. Gary and his wife are family friends and everyone that works there works their tails off to keep the good home cooked meals. I just wish there was a way I could get my semi truck and trailer in there when I am on a 10 hr. I will always have fond memories of not just hanging with friends after school dances but also you all are great people. “We enjoy Reifschneider’s when in Freeburg/Columbia. I usually opt for the chicken finger platter-it’s consistently delicious. The chicken fingers have a tasty and crunchy batter that make them perfect. We also ordered loaded nachos. It’s an appetizer but you get enough to make it a meal. My son ordered the potato soup. This was the only item that we didn’t love. It had a smokey flavor that we didn’t care for. The service was fast and friendly. We will be back soon.“

“This is the only place we eat at anymore! The food is delicious, perfect portions, and the owner is the nicest person! It has a space to eat at inside, but we usually bring it to eat at home. I always get my beans and cheese burritos, and my husband will usually get the Chile Colorado burrito, and they're perfect every single time! We tried a few places before we found this one, and nothing else even compares to Fridas, their atmosphere, prices, food, service. “Angie, I have been going to the bullpen for quit of few years. Never once did I have an experience you are describing. We have been there when they have been very busy, never a problem!! I can’t imagine any waitress saying she needs a break and hope you’re not eating. I have never heard any waitress complaining about being busy or tired. They are a bunch of friendly hard working women. Their service is impeccable and so is the food!!“

“1st time here, I must admit, my standards are picky, coming from a town that has a 60% Hispanic population, I've had some authentic Mexican food. I was very surprised here, atmosphere is good, not overpowering or "Americanised", prices are very reasonable, and the menu has a good selection! What I don't understand is why everyone in this area uses flower tortillas for taco's instead of corn? And if you do ask for corn, you pay more and it's a "street" taco? Anyway, I ordered the Chori Pollo , big plate of food! Flavor is spot on! Could have used a bit less of the cheese sauce, but it is excellent! Service is great and the man who was possibly the manager, seems genuinely concerned about your experience! I'll definitely be back to try other items on the menu!“

Geneva helped us before and during the event - she was a wonderful hostess! Everyone had enough space to mingle, eat, and celebrate. “China Quick is the best! Everything is fresh and hot. They have a great variety to choose from. They offer lumpia and food from the Philippines on Saturdays. They serve generous portions and they have great customer service. If you haven’t tried them, you will not be sorry!“
