“Steak quesadilla had great flavor. Overall feel of the place was welcoming. Not too loud. Lighting was good. I feel a lot of restaurants are too dark. They seemed to have the right setting.”

“Very friendly owners, large portions, great prices. Had my food ready in 10 minutes. As for the quality, the sesame chicken was great/saucy but not as crispy as I’d like, and the fried rice was a bit bland with minimal added ingredients. However priced at $7.50 for the whole thing, it’s definitely a steal.”

“The establishment was trash free and extremely clean. Walking in, I knew they were very busy at the edwardsville location. There was a large group of ministers, a few college kids, and a seated section full. I came in in uniform after a long shift just trying to get a good, fast meal for my kids before I have to do Groundhog Day all over again. Employee “JJ” saw me through the crowd and waved me over to complete my order. He was outgoing, social, and smiled the entire time. That means a lot to people. He thanked me for my service, and refused to accept we all are in it together as I thanked him back. He even somehow made a makeshift table for the ministry group in town so they could all sit together. JJ has customer service figured out already. Whoever his parents are, whoever his manager is, man, I would be proud. I can tell he is a hard worker who is polite and probably doesn’t complain much. Thanks JJ for making my long day just better at the end. I’ll be back!”

“I have to say, of all of the sushi restaurants I've ever been, this has become one of the best if ever been to. Its a fairly small locale that we attended with a group of 10 people. We were well served and didn't have to wait long for our food. The food was absolutely delicious and I highly recommend it.Parking: The restaurant has its own parking spaces.Wheelchair accessibility: The locale is on a ground floor with no steps to reach the door. Very accessible.”

It was around 5:30 or so and the sun was beating in my side of the tables eyes. You seriously couldn't see anything. Other than that, which lasted about 45 minutes, the place was perfect.”

“This is a great family run bakery. They are my go to place for cakes for any occasion. Always moist and decorated well. They do special request's for decorations and always wonderful. I'm always amazed at what they do. Service is great and new addition really a plus. Pictured is the latest cake they created for my youngest granddaughters birthday. “It can be incredibly difficult to find good vegan good, but I always know I can visit The Happy Bakery for a good meal served by smiling faces. The baked goods are out-of-this-world good (you just have to try those sprinkle cookies!) and the lunch/brunch options are just as delicious.You do not have to *be a vegan* to enjoy The Happy Bakery. Even if you eat meat for every other meal, you can go here and enjoy some fantastic food that just so happens to be free of meat and dairy products. I have taken friends and family here that were not vegan, and they all had a great time.”
