The best experience!! We had a very large group after a funeral, and they were not expecting us. Areali was the only waitress at the time, but her and the staff made it smooth and seamless! Fantastic food and even better service! She not one time even looked stressed! We can’t thank you guys enough for making our time great after a hard morning! Highly recommend and definitely ask for Areali!!
Great food and great service! The tacos I had were awesome. My meal hit the spot after 2 hours on the road. I’m very happy to support the local businesses in Collinsville!

Zapata's Mexican Restaurant & Cantina offers good food and a friendly atmosphere, with some slow service experienced in the past. It is conveniently located next to a hotel and provides excellent gluten-free options along with amazing nachos. Regulars enjoy dishes like Aroz con pollo, burritos, and tamales. The restaurant can accommodate large parties, as they recently welcomed a wedding party of 21 at the last minute, ensuring a fantastic experience with great food and atmosphere. Customers praise the perfectly seasoned street corn, beef enchiladas, and Fiesta Fajitas, which are described as killer, with superb side dishes and excellent fried ice cream pastry. The crispy chicken wings and best salsa ever are also highly appreciated. The lunch buffet remains popular, and servers work hard to provide a top-tier experience. While some meals, like the Zapatas salad, have received mixed reviews, overall, the atmosphere, management, and staff continue to satisfy guests. The restaurant's friendly service, including standout servers, adds to the positive experience. ¡Salud!
