Food was intentionally bad, Why else,,Even the bread buns tasted old, bitter, No sauce or dressing that's used in the Big Mac burgers, couldn't eat it.. Tried the mcdouble, which was also really bad. Like, old bread bun, tasted really bitter n sour. Couldn't chew it... Like chewy bubble gum with ice or cold water.. Had to spit it out. I couldn't eat one bite.. My first time experience as this.. "Why" ask Trump, From, "So CAL" LuV ? keeps me healthy.“

They also have items marked gluten free in the cooler and the menu as well. Employees are also knowledgeable about it. I was a customer at around 2:30 p.m.“

I recently ordered a medium nitro cold brew that had only been filled about half way due to a setting on the machine. When I came back around, the owner was able to have it filled to the proper level and explained where this sized should typically be filled to. I felt obligated to leave a review since I never have a bad experience and it always brightens my day when I come by!“

“I’m so excited to have Cafe Birdie here in Edwardsville! I have Celiac Disease which makes dining out a health risk instead of an enjoyable experience with friends and family. With that, I rarely dine out. Cafe Birdie has multiple gluten free options and takes GF precautions in the kitchen including switching of gloves and a GF prep station. Their sweet potato fries are delicious and are pan baked, not fried in a “community” fryer where it would get cross contaminated. I love that they have a GF muffin of the day and GF baguettes. Most places only offer sliced sandwich bread so having a different option was nice and it tasted great. ( I had the Tomato Confit on grilled baguette) Today’s muffin was a sweet cornbread with pecans and bacon. I split it with my son who enjoyed it as much as I did. The customer service was great and a special shout out to Addi (hope I spelled that correctly) who took extra time answering all my questions about the menu! Great job Cafe Birdie! We will definitely return soon.“

“It's great to have a Starbucks on campus! Sometimes the line is a bit long, but most of the time it's not unbearable. My only complaint would be the number of times I've gotten a caramel frappuccino instead of the caramel ribbon crunch frappe.“

“This Starbucks is brand new so I want to give it the benefit of the doubt. However, the wait times are so so long. I waited in the drive thru for almost 30 minutes and the person at the window did not say, “sorry for the wait” or anything to acknowledge the wait time. Also, the drink received was wrong:(. Today, I ordered inside and waited about 15 minutes and the time I ordered was not busy. So, I’ll keep coming because I know it can be hard as a new store but hopefully, they can speed up their times.“

They have one of the BEST salads and their sandwiches are awesome also. Did I mention that the employees are super kind? They don't make you feel uncomfortable or awkward and I'm both of those things so I would know. If you are looking for an awesome chai tea or a real tasty salad, try Teaspoons, you won't be disappointed.“

“I go here like twice a week and I've never been disappointed. I usually just get some kind of boba, but it's the only boba in town that I've particularly liked. The strawberrry fruit tea and the hong kong milk tea are to die for. Most things on the menu run sweet, but they warn you about that and you can adjust your order accordingly. The girls are all super nice and even the guy at the poke munch counter greets me when I come in :) the days they have kpop playing inside are my favorite! It's never taken me more than 10 minutes to get my drink after ordering, so I stop in before work a lot.“

“Partly due to me trying to use the Target Wallet to post without my REDcard being enabled they ended up having a computer problem. When it wasn’t resolved quickly they put their customer’s experience first and waived the charge and fulfilled my order. I hope I’ll return often enough to make up for it. Thanks!“

“When I went through the drive thru yesterday I ordered my usual..Venti latte iced blonde roast one extra shot and 3 splenda. I really never paid attention when I paid but I was charged for TWO extra shots! Not the first time this has happened...before I had been charged for flavor when I don't get that. Guess I need to really start paying attention when I go to pay. It was repeated to me correctly when I ordered...but NOT how I was charged! I am a barista myself and would never pull this on my customers!“

“I've never had a bad experience at this location! They're always happy to serve you, they can get very busy and parking can be tricky to get in and out of safely. Drinks are consistent time to time and I enjoy knowing what I'm getting will be the same as the last time.“

“I don't know what is going on orders.are often wrong lately. since the new hires I order for a client simple vanilla latte. they dont come.e with whip cream and they put it on. Mostly milk not sure where we the coffee is. we also add cinnamon docle sprinkles cost extra. sometimes it's there or they put something else that reads CF. usually they are on game but sad because we may have to change locations.“

“I accidentally ordered my drink hot instead of cold on the app so I couldn’t find it on the counter, the barista realized that I actually wanted it iced instead of hot and before I even noticed my mistake, she was remaking the drink for me!!
