Took my daughter today for her first time and the amazing Mori helped us order a secret menu item! She was helpful and celebrated our fun day with us! Thank you to the staff today, you ladies are the best!!Kid-friendliness: The ladies all acknowledge or spoke to my daughter and were so nice!
This particular Starbucks location has really went downhill the last few months. I go out of my way to the other location in Edwardsville by the Sonic instead when possible, they are top notch. This Starbucks however is incredibly slow compared to the rest, and you’re waiting in line forever. Then, when you finally get your drink, it’s both melted and doesn’t taste right. What a wonderful Starbucks! I’m not a coffee drinker tho every once in awhile I’ll get a Frap. Katy, the manager, took wonderful care of me being my birthday. Katy and everyone in the store had smiles and showed kindness. Thank you Starbucks!!!!
