Very disappointing experience at the Texas Roadhouse in Edwardsville, IL on Sunday, March 29 around 4:30 PM.
I called ahead about getting on the wait list for a party of 10 and was told the wait would be about 2½ hours and that we had to come in person to be added to the list. When we arrived shortly after, we were told the wait was actually about an hour. Changing wait times is understandable — that happens at busy restaurants.

We had planned a special Dinner to celebrate my Girlfriend and Sister in Laws Birthdays at the Edwardsville, Illinois Texas Roadhouse. There was to be 8 of us. 6 of us were there at 4pm but were informed at 4pm that 2 of our guests were stuck in traffic and would be late.
