The staff is seriously the best part of this Starbucks. I choose to drive a little bit more for this one simply because of that. They’re always super fast too.
What a wonderful Starbucks! I’m not a coffee drinker tho every once in awhile I’ll get a Frap. Katy, the manager, took wonderful care of me being my birthday. Katy and everyone in the store had smiles and showed kindness. Thank you Starbucks!!!!

Always a bad experience; horribly long wait time for pretty bad drinks. The service is also bad, all the workers seem like their dog just died. They have 3 Starbucks in this town, just go to either of the others if you really want Starbucks, this one sucks dude. ?

This place sucks. It’s always a 20-25 minutes wait and then the coffee is terrible. This week while Christmas shopping, I bought an Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso with 2 extra shots of espresso at this location and the location on Center Grove, and the one I got at the other location was quick, the cashier’s were nice, and coffee was fantastic.I understand the store stays a lot more busy, but that’s no excuse for bad products and careless service. I can only chalk it up to bad management.
The people at this Starbucks are very kind people but I’m tired of going and they can’t even make my coffee right, on top of that you have to wait in a line for about 30 minutes. I order the same thing every time so I know what is supposed to come out of that window. Please go to the other Starbucks in edwardsville if you want correct fast service. I’ve went twice in 24 hours and it’s been wrong both times. I am including a picture of my coffee to show the difference. Both Trenta cold brews with cold foam on top.

I am sure this review won’t make much of a difference, but I am really disappointed by this store. This is the closest Starbucks to my house and I usually come here to work on homework for hours at a time. My drinks have always been good and the staff seems like a family and they know the regulars well. However, lately they have been going through some staffing changes that I have noticed. Half of the available tables are taken by staff doing interviews or other things. Today, I was kicked out on a busy Monday afternoon so that they could use the tables for a staff meeting. I was not the only one asked to move. I understand this Starbucks store is small, but kicking out customers for a meeting that could take place at a less busy time is frustrating. I have spent hours in other Starbucks locations and local coffee shops and have never experienced this
