“We are here for first time tonight as we travel for our cleaning business and I’ll tell you it was amazing 🤩 the food has so much flavor and the potato salad actually has real potato 🥔 in it… the server we had (I didn’t catch her name) was great! Very friendly, polite and has eyes of a server We know where we will eat from now on when we come to Fairview heights I may also check to see if they’ll cater our upcoming wedding“

“Had the outlaw ribeye.....always a gr8 choice. The first time. Second time waited 15 min at the bar, only 2 other people there, servee wanted to carry on a conversation with the people next to me. Looked my way then she never looked back. Wont be going back“

The chips, seasoning, and Brussels sprouts were everything perfect to complement the amazing flavor of BBQ. Staff were kind and my order was ready in less than 5 minutes. Can't wait to be back!“

“Loved it! One of the best bbq spots I've been to out here in IL so far! Ordered the smoked sausage, pulled pork, and chicken tenders, and eveyrhting came out so tender and flavorful. Sides were great as well! I would say the Mac and green beans are definitely worth it!“

She was warm, comforting, personable, responsive, checked on me often and was so very sweet. She ensured that I was satisfied with everything. “I stopped for lunch. Had seen the place before but today was the day. I got a Brisket sandwich lunch combo. It was tasty, moist and tender. Kaya took my order and brought it to me. She did a great job. The place is what you would expect of a BBQ place. I'm hoping to stop by in warmer months as they have doors to open up and outside seating. Looks like the beer selections are pretty good too. I'll be stopping by again.“

The food has been famous for years, if you are down for a challenge, go there and order the big mama burger , it is the most massive thing that I have ever encountered, and it's always good! The atmosphere around the bar side , is always a dope vibe, if you are looking for a nostalgic good time, I suggest you go and place a visit.“

“If you want the best wings in the Belleville and surrounding area, this is the place to go! Highly recommend the Carolina BBQ (very similar to Jefferson’s) and also the Peanut Butter flavored wings. Sounds weird but it’s fantastic. The wings have a perfect crisp and are always fresh. Haven’t tried anything else on the menu but he wings are 10/10“
