OMG THIS PLACE IS FIRE. The food first of all is amazing and the sauce is so delicious. I got the rib tips and the snoots and when i tell you I tore it up. The food is also so adorable. Definitely would recommend to anyone in St. Louis
We came here for the snoots (pig nose grilled to a crisp and covered in bbq sauce).“The secret is in the sauce” is painted on the wall outside the restaurant, and I would agree this is the case! The tomato based bbq sauce is wonderfully tangy and also has a molasses like a quality with subtle hints of garlic, brown sugar, and onion. I drive semi trucks and sooo glad I decided to stop here. This was the best bbq I've ever had. Tender and flavorful. The sauce taste fresh and homemade. Everytime I get this way ill be stopping by on my truck. I highly recommend.
