“this is literally the best chinese food i've ever had. it was the only place on the street open late on sunday night (that wasn't an open bar). the server was very apologetic about the wait (even though it wasn't that bad) and kept giving us free stuff, even an entire free dish. all these delicious snacks, some things i've never had. and the meat, those barbecued skewers are to die for. i've never had pork belly or lamb quite like that.

anyways, this place is tragically being shut down because there's a greedy company buying out all the asian restaurants on delmar blvd, very tragic. so this place will be gone in about a month, please go while you can, it is well worth it.“

Quick to respond to calls and emails. Gracious, and just wonderful altogether... and that's just the service. The food? The empty pans, told the story. Brisket, Turkey and Pork for meats. “Food was amazing. I ordered the brisket dinner and did mac and cheese and coleslaw for sides. I added the coleslaw on my brisket and it was a amazing. The mac and cheese was good on its own. Really good bbq sauce on my brisket and the brisket was seasoned well. The lady that worked the window was very patient, kind and understanding. I had my little dog with me and it was super hot outside and they gave me plenty of water cups for us to stay cool. They were very kind to my dog, I didn't allow him in the shop itself because it's very clean and I know everyone don't want to be around pets. But my dog was able to drink some water outside and we ate in the hot sun. The lady came out and checked on us and made sure we stayed with cold water. That meant a lot. That was above and beyond service. I see why my family comes here every time they in STL. I know from now on this will be my fitst stop when I visit too. ❤️“

“First time there the food was really good I got a double cheeseburger, my mom and her friend got a whole Jack plate too and it was really good they didn't really add no salt to the whole Jack plate though so, my son got a Philly cheese steak and he only ate half of it so wow and he can eat“

“Stopped by for a bite before a cardinals game as there's an entrance to the park across the street. Service was great. Our favorite dishes were the brisket, pulled pork, beef fat fries and the popover. I'd skip the mac (cheese sauce was watery and shells were overcooked), beans/tomato salad and chili beans. They weren't bad but I'd try other sides before reordering those. The peach mule cocktail was pretty good too!“
