If you're a fan of barbecue, you have to come to Salt and Smoke when visiting St Louis Missouri. It's on Delmar avenue, which is a foodie's delight, because it has a little bit of something for everyone! There is all sorts of ethnic cuisine, including a noodle house, a Dumpling House, and everything in between

Salt + Smoke offers a variety of delicious dishes, including brisket, ribs, and wings. The brisket and baked beans are good, while the wings are a standout, with flavors that are "to die for." The 3 meat plate is a highlight, with impressed diners raving about the burnt end and ribs. The Loaded Beef Fat Fries are AMAZING, so rich and garlicky. The Cherry Smoked Wings were very flavorful and nicely smoked. The potato salad and Mac and cheese are also notable, and the service is friendly and attentive. The bartender was incredible, personable and knew his whiskeys. Drinks like the Walnut Old Fashioned and Pineapple Margarita are so good.
