I went to the Fairview Heights IL and the staff. and the food was excellent and on point. I am a stickler for good service; and they hit on the head. The entire experience was wonderful. thanks
Wanted to give BIG kudos to Shirley and her staff. We picked up a big call in order this morning for a business Christmas party. The staff was very friendly, order was all there, and everything timed out perfectly. We will definitely be ordering in the future for all of our future catering needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Great food for a good price

Bob Evans serves enjoyable meals with good service and home-style cooking. Pancakes are a popular choice, arriving quickly and sometimes described as doughy and thin. The restaurant offers vegetarian options like pancakes, eggs, and potatoes. The service can be outstanding, with friendly, kind, and helpful servers and a very nice server. Many staff members have been there for years, reflecting good management and a welcoming atmosphere. Customers appreciate the hot, fresh, and delicious food, including favorites like pancakes, eggs, and sausage gravy. Hash browns are good, but portions can be small. While prices may be a bit high, and senior discounts are not honored, Bob Evans offers a VA 10% off discount. The atmosphere can be a little chilly at times. Manager Darrell and his staff provided timely and delicious food for a party of seven, making Bob Evans a place many choose for a satisfying meal and a place they will be back.
