disgusting and the service people are clowns .. i cant say anymore for fear of getting banned or in trouble .. the manager and cashier didnt even try to help me but started a fight with me over fries that tasted like burnt oil ..im calling the home office and filing a complaint anywhere I can like the health dept .the manager should be servsafe certified and knows better but the issue was my dirty oil fries they wouldnt replace and told me to leave .. im getting my 4 dollars back one way or the other

There was only one car ahead of me when I pulled up. And he pulled away from the speaker right away to continue to the window. With no other cars around or in front of me. That was the only one. The guy on the speaker told me to wait a minute and it ended up being about five minutes. After I pulled up to the window the guy infront was pulled infront of the window waiting for food then after I paid he had me pull in a parking spot to the side with only me and the other vehicle waiting. This is just odd and unexceptable. Small order long wait with only me and another vehicle.

Lowered my rating. Went to get some food, waited for nearly 5 minutes. No greetings or service. Girl behind counter looked at us when we walked in and never said anything to us. Just acted like she was busy, young black girl with long braids. This was 5:30 pm on 11/21/2023.. Ended up going to White Castle where we got immediate service.

So I ordered about 40 dollars worth of food from this place I placed my order online so that they could understand how to prepare my food without me having to correct the order 90 times because this location isn’t the brightest bunch of people, I’ve ordered here several times and they ALWAYS forget my cheese cups, but on this particular order they decided they were going to make my food as soon as I placed the order.. it was a 30 minute drive… my food was extremely disgusting and ice cold so I call the manager like what the… he said that they make your food as soon as you place your order, but literally every restaurant or fast food place makes you pull up and announce that you have an online order and then they start your food… I called cooperate, they agreed about the food, was going to issue a full refund and they told me 7-10 days.. well it’s been over that and still nothing.. I would definitely not recommend eating here unless you just want to throw your money in the trash, because you won’t want this after it’s been sitting there for 30 minutes.. y’all’s fries maybe stay warm for 10 minutes, and then they’re like eating rocks ? I will never waste my money here again, McDonald’s it is ? at least they serve warm food

I ordered the new cheesesteack sandwich. It was horrible. I wanted to take it back. Nothing like the commercials. Barely any meat. All bread. For 12 dollars combo. I was totally disappointed. Never again ?
