So when I ordered it took 1 hour to get my food the girl that took my ordered never checked up on us. They aperently didn’t have bread. The wings were ok. But the fry’s and chicken strips were horrible. They girl was on her phone the whole time. We gave her no tip and she started to run her mouth. Don’t come here it’s the one by all about eyes.

If it wasn't for our fantastic waitress Shae. This place would be a dump. Food sucked and the place was a garbage can. Shae needs promoted to manager because the other manager was hanging on the banister on his phone the whole time while shae was cleaning and waiting tables. Shae was also extremely pleasant and kept her tables happy. We will only be back because of Shae.

Some days are good, but you have to try and avoid going when there’s certain staff members there. The “sucky staff” will literally just stand in place and stare at customers without helping or interacting. There’s one cashier in particular who is awful, super slow, obviously stoned, and down right rude. Carry out orders routinely take two hours to complete and receive, even without a single table in the restaurant, and she always gives the wrong orders to the wrong people. The male cashiers are much better.

Hours are stated that they're open until 10 p.m. Got there little after 8pm, Saturday June 11, and it was closed. You need to change your hours on the app and post it on the door. Nothing was on the door stating new hours. Love eating there, but will not be back if closing so early.

This place was awesome back in the day, now not so much. I should have just left. Why you ask, well you walk in and the hostess is having a conversation with another employee and then they say oh dine in sit wherever you want. ? ok cool beans walk in and there is water draining from the ceiling into buckets on the table with towels in it. Should have just sat at the bar, it was the cleanest place in there and the bartender he was awesome. Our server,she did not bring water or ask if we wanted water, we had to ask for napkins and plates, she didn't bring silverware or plastic ware. The really tall bartender brought us most of the things we needed it was really sad. Three minutes after the food came out she came back by asked if we needed anything we said no not right now so then she brought us our check. I guess that was our que we should leave so we asked for to-go boxes and left.

No one's on the floor taking care of seating people or waiting on tables. No visible bartender. Very long wait for food or check. Tables get picked up, but they could use better wiping down as well as floor underneath swept. It's definitely not how it used to be ran.

Had wait staff stare at us standing by the sign that said "wait to be seated" for about 10 minutes, finally I just went to go sit at the bar and order food only to be told they are low staffed and don't have a bar tender that can serve. All the tables and the bar wasnt waited either so there was food everywhere. I then left to go to another location, I will not be returning or suggesting anyone to go there.Needless to say the establishment needs to make thier customer experience better and get up to standards of other Buffalo Wild Wings.

Waitress initially was attentive but after taking our order we didn't see her again for another 40-45 minutes while waiting for our food despite at that time having asked for a drink refill. Received our food, boneless wings that were BARELY above room temperature, street tacos, and chips and salsa. Amazing that it took chips and salsa 45 minutes to be completed. Street tacos were good, salsa was tasting of just straight tomato paste and wings were as mentioned above. Wouldn't recommend this location and I'll gladly drive further away for much better food/service at a different buffalo wild wings location.

We waited over an hour for our food while we were the only guests in the restaurant. We could see in the kitchen and staff was on their phones and dancing around. We were told they were the slow staff. After getting our food you would think it was hot since again we were the only ones there and no, the fries were cold and all the chicken sandwichs were plain with no toppings as ordered what was on the menu. Talked to the manager on duty and she did not care. Will not be going there again which is sad considering the great location.

Great place to go for cold fries and marginal food. After discussing it with wait staff they all of nothing to rectify anything and we spent $50 for 2. We were impressed by having to clean our table as we were seated and no one even bother to get drinks or menus till 10 minutes in. Good luck to seeing another one of my hard earned dollars.

It's April 2022 and restaurants are suffering from long covid. You will wait forever dining in at this place. If you are coming hungry forget about eating here. We waited over an hour for a small order of wings and fries...that's it.

7:00 we walk in for dinner. Was told they were short staffed this evening and the servers were tired so they have decided to close early so they are done serving for the night and we have to go find somewhere else to eat. How unprofessional and we will never come back again. We are understand these days with short staffing and never say anything about waiting a little longer than usual for drinks, food etc….but to experience complete laziness by a staff working for a corporate chain is very disappointing.
