I was the only car and waited 10 minutes to get to the order window just to be sent around and wait an additional 15 minutes all for my food to be cold and wrong. The owner of this franchise is absolute trash. You get what you pay for

one of the nastiest BKs i've ever been too. food is cold, fries are especially cold every time, i can tell the burgers are rushed when they are put together because of how sloppy they are.i go there every 3 months hoping that its something better than what it is and everytime i am reminded how disgusting it is.UPDATE 3/10/2024Orders still get messed up years later. Can't make this up, new staff and the same problems. Fries where hot and seasoned this time.

Inside was dirty. Stood in line for about 10 minutes while the lady (no name visible) walked passed many times before actually saying she'd help in a minute. She was checking her phone in the middle of taking my order and missed that I said no lettuce. Food was actually timely and tasted fine enough, not fresh, but not too old. Won't be returning to this location. Plenty of better service options, like Jimmy Johns, just next door.

Service at this BK has improved somewhat, it used to be horrible, they're still slow in the drive thru, they never seem to have enough workers on duty, which is typical.

Whoever the older African American lady is that works drive thru is very rude. Especially to veterans. When I asked did she do veteran/military discount She in a disrepactful tone "How do I know you are a veteran"? I was waiting for her to confirm before I got my ID out. It was around 8 am. I do overnightshifts and this is the attitude I had to face. Not the first but I let her go on many occasions. I am not one to complain alot. I'm going to assume that she is a manager. It's just unbelievable the comfortability to disrespect people or have an attitude. If you do not like your job. Please change it. I'm done doing business with that location until she's removed.

I stopped by this location on the Wednesday evening before Thanksgiving. When I pulled in the drive-thru, there was only one car in front of me & none behind me. I expressed to the worker that I wanted to place two orders, if that was okay & then proceeded with the 1st one. She asked, "Are you trying to use two coupons, because you can't do that!" I told her, yes & I do have two separate orders. Again, she yelled, "You can't do that! I said, O...kay & continued with one order. When I pulled around & paid at the window, I said to the young man taking the payment, I guess I have to go back around to place my other order & he just shrugged his shoulders. So, I drove around and there was one car placing an order, and again...none behind me. I proceeded to order again, and this time, the young man took the order. After a minute of silence...the other employee interrupted & yelled, "We don't have no mo' whopper meat, we're waiting on someone to bring some more!" I said, well d*mn that was quick! She yelled, "You took the last two!" In disbelief...and a little pissed, I left .If I ever wondered why this place always looks dark & empty, I understood right at that moment. I have encountered some ignorant & unprofessional people in my day, but this may have been worst of them all! It wasn't what was said, it was the delivery that was disturbing, as if I was breaking a law by attempting to use two coupons for two purchases.I'll never patronize a business where that kind of behavior is acceptable! I could never trust someone like that to prepare anything that I have any intentions on digesting! Just rude and stupid for absolutely no reason!

Waited for 20 minutes then given cold, stale, poorly prepared food, missing parts of our order. Had I thought they’d make it right, I Wouldve went back but it all was weird. Man working drive thru said only cash and when I was pretty sure I still owed, he took my cash and told me it was all good. All just seemed sketchy, like more was happening at this location than serving food.
