I didn’t get my cheese on my whopper, They have bad phone service. And they is very rude for not giving me no cheese on my whopper and yes I’m very upset with that because I paid $13.30 .

First of all. I ordered a bacon whopper and was given a burger with a stupid amount of mayo on it. I was thinking at first I wasn’t gonna complain & would try it but there’s was such an overwhelming amount of mayo in it that I couldn’t stomach it. Then they didn’t have my Hershey pie & also said they had no way to refund it. On top of this the manager on duty had NO sense of customer service. When I told him they messed up my order there was no apology. Nothing to make it right just simply “come back up & I’ll remake it” I live 15 minutes away. I wasn’t going back up there to have a burger remade I didn’t want to leave the house in the first place. Worst experience I ever had at a Burger King & we won’t be back.

NOT recommended. I like burger king but after sitting in the drive through stuck for 24 mins watching 4 cars leave the line because they were able to get out. I will not return. No real reason either. Multiple employees standing around with no line only serving 1 car at a time. I Sat at the window for an additional 16 minutes for a preplaced order supposed to have been ready over a half an hour ago. **Update got home and the order was wrong and missing items. Couldn't be worse

I went to this Burger King and I asked for a 5 number combo with two cheeseburgers French fries and a drink and they got the person what they wanted who with me that she ordered I didn’t get no drink or French fry I didn’t want no duo I said that 5 and told me they didn’t have that yes they did it showed they have it I’m never coming back here if they gonna do people like that

I visited on Oct 13,2025 around 10pm I ordered #10 fish combo changed my fries to onion rings The Lil girl working the drive-thru couldn’t get my order out because she was to busy on her phone and the person making the food is handing he/she handing out cold food my onions rings was half the box and mixed with fries and the few onions right i did get was hard,old and cold and the fish sandwich no cheese and old looking i drive back around the drive thru and they still on her phone and looked up and said damn what and opened the window like i was bothering her i asked for fresh ORings and the person can back to the window with them slung them out to me and hurried up and closed the window this is sad how poor the service is this is only my 2nd time at this location and hi the times have be horrible never again..need customer service training

Just avoid this place. Don't place a mobile order either. They will take your money, make you sit in the drive thru for 45 minutes and then not give you your items or a refund. Then they go write 5 star reviews to cancel out the terrible real ones. Corporate should look into this location. They have great drive thru times but watch your cameras. Keep bumping them orders off then screen then have to ask the customer 5 times what they ordered. Never again. Go anywhere else.

Long wait at drive thru. Apparently they take an order and completely hand out before taking the next order. We had to repeat everything twice, some things 3 times. Employees never said a word to us at the window. Just held out hand for payment and handed items out. One young lady had her underwear showing. We will not return.

Can't rate anything other than: lobby hours posted closed at 10pm all days, but that's a lie. They close them early. Big trucks can't use drive through. So screw this place. Waste of time making the attempt with the small lunch time we get.

Post accurate lobby hours, or stop night shift from locking up early. Simple

Today I decided to treat myself to an Impossible Burger and it was delicious!
The service was outstanding, they were attentive and they made the burger My Way

Unfortunately I left my debit card there and as I retraced my steps Burger King had it! It had been hours!
