Kate, the assistant manager greeted us warmly as we entered. She is very personable and professional. All the tables along with the floor were spotless even the bathrooms were very clean and smelled great. The food was piping, hot and delicious! We dined in, and we noticed that the drive-through traffic moved at a very acceptable pace

Just did an order of double whopper and fries, and the burger was not in the bag, only the fries. Doordash system is getting sloppy on quality. Called BK and no one answers the phone. Customers deserve to get what they pay for. Not steal their money without a process to correct mistakes.

I ordered the two for five croissants for all of my coworkers, a 30 something dollar order, I ordered it online 30 minutes ahead of arrival, I get to the restaurant they’re still not made and they say they’re out of egg, I ask if they could just double up the meat, the response “but we have to charge you extra for that”? My response was well since you don’t have half the ingredients double up on the other half. I’m sorry this is an extremely negative experience with this restaurant! I believe that’s the problem when you don’t have a real, experienced, mature manager with a staff of minimum wage people working under them. People are trying to turn fast food restaurants into a career field and it’s not, it’s meant for high school kids to get some real life work experience and earn a little extra cash or older people that don’t want to stay home and possibly earn a little extra cash. When I see grown men and women and that is your complete staff, and you have a terrible inept manager you’re going to fail. When I asked for the franchise owners name, the young man that brought me my food no idea who they were. He said Dave and Jamie. He wasn’t sure of their last name. And these are the people that you have working here they don’t even know the owners names. Totally unacceptable!

Ok I have mixed feelings about this store. The lady that works the drive thru in the morning has the bedt customer service skills. She deserves a big raise. Breakfast is really good but the lunch employees need some lessons on customer service. I ordered the tea and it was very warm. I asked for ice and the man didn't say a word gave me a very small cup of ice. And shut the window. Didn't give me any napkins or a straw.
