I just ordered two bacon egg croissants with NO cheese. First of all, they never give a total, only when you get to the window. Then both sandwiches had cheese. I went back and told them. I got the new order and got the same sandwiches back!!!! I called them and was told they thought it was no egg. Um they both have egg so that was a lie. I am done with BK!!! Also why does this store close for an hour during dinner rush? Why are they always out of items?

So I have been to this facility several times over the last few years I have seen what they say is their boss that looks like a drug addict who just woke up the other day another guy who smells like he hasn't bathed in 3 weeks and makes it totally uncomfortable to even be in the restaurant on multiple occasions I show up and they don't even have Whoppers that is your main burger how can you not even know how to order your proper supplies like burgers and Whoppers.The only person I ever see there is one young lady working a night shift with two other employees. I have to wonder how this woman is getting a lunch when she's working with teenagers at night, do they allow them to leave them by themselves or is she refused a lunch on a regular day it would be nice to show up there and be able to get a nice ice BK Joe but unless you're working her shift they don't seem to have any supplies I would love to see Burger King strive for better excellence or at least take note of the young lady who works their night shift she does a wonderful job compared to the rest of their operation this young woman needs a raise or at least to be head of their management in my opinion she seems the only to be the only one who can ever run that facility

On 02/22/24 at 9:50 they Claimed they were only selling fried foods because their grills were closed. But they still had over an hour left till close. Claimed that all burger kings were not selling non fried foods. Because the grills were “already cleaned” even though they didn’t close till 11. But went to a different Burger King and ordered with no issues.

I hope it was just an isolated experience, but who knows. Order was wrong, food was warm at best, and the chicken fries were hard. I was so aggravated that I couldn't even eat the food I paid for, but I was already back on the road.
Went sign said 2 whopper Jr for 5 dollars. Staff would not take my order at Drive thru for deal. Ordered deal online staff made my food. I arrived at 9 they close at 11. I think thru dodnt want to work too terribly hard so said they couldn't ring up the deal. Been getting this at so many fast food restaurants lately.

I come here for lunch frequently. I get the chicken fries, and I like them a lot. Employees are courteous. They have a nicer quality soda machine, so it's rarely down. Unfortunately, the icee machine is down a lot.Parking: Lots of parking options.

Came on Labor Day and have to say that Ethan was phenomenal! They were short staffed but Ethan maintained a super positive attitude and was incredibly helpful and friendly. Sometimes when a place is short staffed you expect the food to be sub par but Ethan made our entire order and it was better than we expected! It was really good! We had to personally thank him for his service because there were only 2 employees working and he made the experience great ?
