Had too check this fast food worker because I never waited for an doordash order here for more than 5 minutes but this order was over 10 min wait and workers in the back steady talking. Got the nerve to speak on being a dashers when you work fast food.

I had not eaten at Captain D's, in a Minute..But on Saturday January3,2024, my son and I both wanted fish from Captain D's. The food was Good!! The fried clam's were hitting on Good. And thank you so much for your Condiments and for having Napkins to go in our bag. For we are on a road trip out.. I will be visiting your place again!!! Grade, B+, And this grade also due to Condiments always being in Captain D's bags, I mean always..

I ordered the ultimate seafood platter, thats what I always order. It wasn’t in the normal container that it usually is so already I would suspect because this container was smaller. The stuffed crab was overcooked to where the shell was very crumbly. I think those were supposed to be scallops. I only received four of them, but they were overcooked as well. Both of the hush puppies were overcooked. The only thing that was right was the shrimp, corn, broccoli and the fish. I waited at the window for almost 15 minutes.

If I could give negative stars I would. My fish was had and had burnt black stuff all over it. My Mac and cheese was crispy and gross and the fries I didn't want were cold and hard I ordered green beans. They were apparently out of everything and didn't tell me until I already paid. Then told me I couldn't get a refund. And I didn't receive any hush puppies. This store is on their past leg. It's so gross there and the workers are always new and don't know what they are doing. This restaurant gives real Captain Ds a bad name cuz this is gross!!! -10/10 do not recommend!!! Save ur money go buy real fish cooked to order at schnucks

Ordered 2, 3 piece fish dinners at the Belleville restaurant through the drive through last night. Both with baked potato. One with coleslaw the other with broccoli. The fish was ok but a little dry. The baked potatoes were inedible, half rotten and like rubber. My husband’s slaw was only half filled. We were extremely disappointed!!!

Missing half my dinner and there phones are off so you can't call. If I could give zero stars I would. Disappointed and tired of these fast food workers wanting more money for crappy service.

The wait was extremely long in drive thru. Service was good from young lady who took my order . My fish was fresh like I asked for . Tartar sauce was nasty tho so it took away from the meal !!
