Today I ordered a meal with lobster rolls, hush puppies, fish and fries. Everything was good except for the fries. They were shriveled, cold and dehydrated. Awful!
I’ve been here many times over the past few years and have experienced most of what I’ve seen in other reviews pretty much every time. Long wait times despite ordering ahead, food not cooked through, visibly dirty baked potatoes, etc. I see the owner responding to the reviews but I’ve seen no evidence of improvement. I will not be going back until I see some specific info about big changes made here.

The men's restroom requires much needed attention. One toilet had poop left in the bowl and water was green. And toilet paper was completely out in the other stall. The floor could use a good sweeping and mopping also. But otherwise no other complaints
The employee working up front was very courteous. She listened and paid attention to my order. The food came out very quickly which was excellent. I will eventually be back again

There is only one young lady that is very respectful whom works the front and I don't really see her anymore, I have given her tips on the behalf of her kindness. Everyone else is very playful throwing fríes at each other, the last time I was there my food was not fully cook on the inside but done on the outside, this is the 3rd time, fairveiw heights was so much better.i blame this on the supervisor being to friendly with her workers, the other supervisor, amber? I think is her name, isnt very polite, and as I was waiting on my order she was keeping up drama with the other workers. This place needs to be Shut down for health reason and sanitaion, the bathroom is horrible. This is your place of work! not a school ground, food and establishment is not good for business. I read the reviews, so many unhappy people

The place was trash wasn't taken out and the dining room wasn't swept or mopped..the customer service wasn't very friendly... and the some of the food was cold..... The place needs to be shut down!

order took 45 mins when ordered online. stood at the counter n watched them eat fries n play around instead of making food. ill nvr be back. I feel like you owe me money for my time

Ordered a large (12) hushpuppies and funnel cake sticks. The wait in the drive-thru was 45 minutes. I got to the window and they asked me to pull forward. Needless to say, I was pretty upset. Get your store together...PLEASE!

Customer service by Tammie was excellent! Greeted us when we came in, very pleasant while taking our order, and checked on us after we received our food. Rare to see this type of service in the fast food industry. Our food was good and hot as well.

Ordered thru Uber Eats. Fish, hush puppies, mac & cheese and cheese cake were all excellent. I ordered cole slaw but received green beens that had something that looked like chunks of congealed meat in them. See photo.

went 7/20/25 about 6pm , ordered ahead online . went thru drive thru and the woman would not answer , she had also left her headset on so the conversation she was having with a coworker could be heard but ignored the people in the drive thru , after several minutes of listening to her talk and chew gum , had to go inside where the order still wasn't ready of course ...very , very disappointing and this isn't the first time at this location. I feel sorry for the owner and all the revenue they are missing out on
