Our server was absolutely perfect, the food was not. We ordered veggie tempura and the veg were only half battered, and burnt. One of our rolls had black avocados on it, and the portions of fish were very thin. We got salads with ginger dressing and the dressing was more like mush. Would not dine again when there are better sushi places in Fairview Heights for less.

After searching for a place to get fish from, I saw a post from Chaos on Facebook promoting their fish. I was super excited to go as I had been wanting to try this place since I had saw it had opened.
When I arrived I was greeted by a really nice guy and I told him I was interested in getting carry out in which he pointed me to the back area to place my order.
I wanted back to the area in which I was to order and there were two female workers standing behind the counter and did not even acknowledge me.
One continued to converse with the back kitchen area and the other appeared to be ringing out her totals (Abby).
I stood there clearly not wanting to interrupt her and after awhile Abby asked if I needed to place an order. I said that I did and she handed me a menu and went back to doing whatever it was that she was doing.
If the service was like this before I had even placed an order, I did not want to see how it would be when I actually decide to place my order so I left.
As much as I was excited about going to the restaurant that was short lived by this experience in which I will never be back.
Hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

All the food is delicious. The sushi rolls are huge and you get generous portions for the price. The ramen is great too. We also love that they kept some items from the old menu because we came out to the old place at least once a week. I would definitely recommend to all sushi lovers in the area. I love how I can get wings and sushi at the same time lol.

I got a Kentucky mule and a triple smash burger with pepper jack and onion rings. It was delicious! My bartender made a mean Kentucky mule that KICKS! The owners have reinvented their brand three times and each time has been an improvement over the last. Well done!
Parking: The only struggle is you may have some distance to travel from where you parked however, parking can be found usually within less than two blocks
Kid-friendliness: Kids can come during dining hours, well behaved children have been here later in the evening on week nights singing karaoke
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes they have a ramp on the inside that's not too steep.
