We had cheese curds and boneless wings for appetizers. They were both yummy. But, my crispy chicken sandwich was very dry and too big to eat. The atmosphere was fun but a little noisy, however the service was first rate.

My family went to Charlie’s Place last night for the first time. Everything was so good! Portions are a good size and we enjoyed the small-town bar atmosphere. We will be back for sure - it’s going to be one of our go-to’s for nights out!

My husband and I dinned there tonight. They were busy but not crazy. A few empty tables. The waitress came right away and took our drink order. Came back in a reasonable amount of time for our food order. Order the fried fish sandwich and the Italian beef sandwich. Took a very long time for us to receive our food. A family of four that had come about 20 minutes after us had their food before us. While waiting had to flag down our waitress for another round of drinks. The Italian sandwich was ok(per my husband), the fried fish sandwich was very dry and over cooked. I would have ordered the hamburger but can only have it well done. A side note, get some limes for the margaritas

We had the best night here! It's a cute cozy bar and grill vibe with creative and classic menu items. Our waitress' name was Aggie, and she was very kind and well spoken! We WILL be coming back.This is one of our new favorite spots in Belleville.

we go there every other week...have been for over 8 months...tonight was the worst service we have ever had...ordered the special, waited 1.5 hr...never got this meal, sad, we really like going to this restaurant, but if this is any indication of new ownership! we probably won't be back, nor will we suggest this place to go
The best corner bar around! Everytime I eat there I have something new and still can’t decide what my favorite thing is. Yesterday was the pot roast sandwich. The bread from scratch is amazing! The cheese curds are the best you’ll get anywhere, and the eggs Benedict are the best I’ve had. What a great hometown place!

The special- haddock- for dinner was delicious. The bartender and server - Lily- is such a people person that she makes you feel you’re at home. Service is terrific. Food is excellent. You’re got to come here and experience the food and love.

We love this bar! Today we went for their first time serving breakfast. I had pancakes, fruit and bacon. Their bacon is top notch! I love that they have fruit available. We also tried the homemade biscuits and gravy. It’s different than ordinary biscuits and gravy but we thought it was amazing! The gravy has a unique taste to it but we both agreed we loved it. The biscuits weren’t regular biscuits- they seemed to be made from Scratch and had a cornbread kinda taste/texture. Again, very good just know it’s not your average biscuits and gravy. Love love love this place!

Lily was our server and she was so welcoming and fun. We’re in from NC and the food was great. I had potato leek soup and a lovely salad with picked red onions. The ranch was terrific.. Even a cup of soup and a half salad had me satisfied and full.My table mates has pot roast sandwich with tomato basil soup and a garbage chicken sandwich. Best chicken sandwich we ever had!

This was a spur of the moment decision our server lily was attentive and knowledge. We each ordered a sandwich. I did the Bellville Trash Chicken... it was the best chicken sandwich I've ever had in my life. The aoili that comes with the burger was the perfect dipping sauce. If I wasn't in NC I'd be in at least once a week. Thanks for hosting us during what was a horrible day.
