This is by far the best Chickfila location, which sounds like an exaggeration, but trust me, it's not! The staff are so incredibly friendly every time I go. Phil is one of the dining room attendants. He is so quick to clean the tables, refresh beverages, and make personal connections with the guests all the same time. The food is always fresh and cooked to perfection. The fries are always fresh and have the perfect amount of salt on them--which is important to me as fry lover. My order is correct 99.9% of the time that I'm there. I love that I feel confident exiting the drive thru line, knowing that my order has been correctly fulfilled. This Chickfila location very clearly values quality all around, which is hard to come by these days. Overall, I have nothing, but great things to say about this Chickfila!

Your company should do better at who they hire for deliveries. The person driving this van on 2/10/25 was reckless and completely irresponsible! Driving way past the speed limit and driving close to other cars bumpers at that. They literally could have caused an accident. Shameful!!!

Amazing place. They were so busy 2 lines at drive thru 5 cars deep. We had our order in no time. Very tasty I might add. High end of the fast food market.

I have been to this location multiple times and always enjoyed the food! However the way they treat their employees is a different story. I went today and it is 4 degrees outside. What do I see, teenagers standing in the cold taking orders! There is ABSOLUTELY no way this should be happening! I’ve been there a few times while it’s been cold and the teens are always out there! I’d like to see the managers out there during these times and see how they like it! This is absolutely ridiculous! I will not be going back until this changes!

Pretty good establishment I thought they treated their employees well until I went through today and it was 25° with 8 inches of snow on the ground. Nothing was plowed. These kids are out there in tennis shoes, slipping around the booth that they had and had broken plastic in the wind was coming through the hole. Only one heater was working in three were unplugged. I’m sure they’re broke it just infuriates me with the money that this place brings in and this is how they treat their young employees. It’ll be a matter of time and people will stop going there because everything will go downhill because they treat their employees This way.

This is my favorite local Chick-fil-A. They are organized, the restaurant is clean, orders are right, the service is fantastic, and the dining room manager is the best! Highly recommend!
The place is always busy. Meanwhile, when you are greeted to place your order the cashiers never seem stressed or rush you. They treat you like you are the only one present. Great customer service that proceeds the uniquely prepared food. All good!
