This is the second bad service experience we have had at this location. Tonight they lost our call in order and had my husband reorder at the restaurant, later called wanting payment for the order they told us they did not receive. He tried to explain he had already paid and picked up his order unfortunately the employee calling could not understand what he was saying. Horrible service!!

Im really disappointed because I've been ordering here for a long time now, and there food was really good! and I don't know what happened, I think it's cuz i ordered food during a snowstorm but I'm pretty sure they pissed in my noodles and rice,it tasted like piss and smelled so bad like piss. I think they where mad. I don't know. I'm not ordering here again.

Just got delivery and it was horrible. I never ever leave reviews for anything, but the shrimp was musty tasting and some of the veggies tasted rotten.

I had to share this. My wife and I ordered from here this past weekend. We both ate the same thing except the order of wings. I ate a few wings and later that night experienced what seemed to be food poisoning. I had severe vomiting among other things. My wife was fine so I can only assume it was the wings. Be careful of the wings. They did not taste weird or smell funny.

I ordered from this place on numerous occasions, it was so delicious eveyr time, I suggest try the BLACK PEPPER CHICKEN, BEEF, or SHRIMP special for lunch even for dinner 12.95 for a generous portion of meat, rice *upgrade rice at a cost if you want added items in*, and wonton soup with chinese fried noodles.12.95!!!!!!!!!You cant beat that.

Cashier talk through a speaker. The cashier taking orders actually passed gas so loud, I think he forgot the speaker was on...I was so disgusted...WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN!!

Not a fan of this location. They have everything boarded and closed off. You have to speak through a microphone. Not sure why they feel it's necessary to do this when this part of town is decent and safe. I definitely wouldn't visit here again. The food wasn't as good as the other location in OFallon.
I ordered the chicken mei fun, I asked for diced onions because I don't care for the huge pieces. Not only were they not diced more than half of my food was onions. Horrible

The staff is very friendly and we rarely have any issues. Orders are ready in the time we are given. The online ordering is efficient and accurate. Always one of our family go to dinner choices.Kid-friendliness: Our kids love getting the Sweet n Sour Chicken with white rice. They call them Chinese chicken nuggets! Lol

They don't fry they rice nasty steamed chicken and beef not fried nasty.....Neva again..definitely not orange rice house .....so sad
