I ordered sesame chicken and general tso and both have the same sour flavor. The batter/flour is thicker than the chicken. I'm not impress and definitely I'm not going there anymore!

Horrible! I called in an order at 2:55 for a lunch special and the young lady on the phone kept repeating it wrong. I told her I still wanted the lunch specials and Came in At 3:02 but the rude register worker told me that it’s too late for the special. How is it my fault that the workers can’t understand my order. Poor customer service.

Food very average. Called in order ahead a time and still had to wait for 20 minutes after I got there and paid ? (Lost my order or just confused ? ) Don’t ask me why, very disorganized and poor communication skills. Recommend to go somewhere else that can actually deliver takeout in a timely manner.

Ordered food and said it would be here in 55mins. They call me to tell me the food is on the way and 40mins later the food still isnt here and i only live 1.7 miles away, and now they’re closed and wont pick up any calls. Highly disappointed.

Sunday may 31,2020. I give them this rating because the food was scrumptious hot and fresh. Unfortunately when we tried to place a delivery order the young man who answered could not get our address correct for nothing then he says before getting the whole address that they don’t deliver to the flying J truck stop. We decided to call again same guy answers puts us on hold comes back and hands the phone to another guy. He autograph hears the address and acknowledge they don’t not deliver 4.2 mile only 4 miles from restaurant(8 minutes) We decided to drive truck there. It’s literally up the street we wait to be address then guy says hello hello next in line. Immediately my fiancé was upset so he places his order only to be shut down because the man stated he didn’t understand him once my fiancé opened the transaction window and yelled his order another man steps in and states for my fiancé to speak up he’s whispering lol. So I stepped in to order. No problem he heard me fine. As we are leaving my fiancé asks for sauces and utensils (the man couldn’t hear him) once again I stepped in. I don’t know what the issue was for not hearing my fiancé but the cashier can’t hear obviously and was bugging. Other than that great delicious for. ?

I placed an order online and when I got my food, the top of one sauce was complete busted with plastic in it and sauce covering everything I ordered. It went straight in the trash. I called about it since I couldn't eat any of it, and was given 30% off my next order. Wasted $26. I appreciate the effort of trying to make it right but that wasn't enough.
Me and my wife both agree that the food is very good, BUT There is a heavy set delivery Asian woman that works there who is very rude every time we go there. She needs a better attitude if she’s going to work in the public

Food is good sometimes but overall hit or miss. And if your order is wrong they are very rude about it. Wont be ordering from this place again. They need lessons in consistency and customer service!!!!!!

This place has gone down hill. We have been customers here for years. No plans to return! The food has little to no taste. The customer service is ridiculous. I walked in to find the cook yelling at the cashier about some kind of delivery issue. I placed my order online and when I arrived was told they never put my order in. I arrived 30 minutes after I placed the order.... so then I had to wait 20 minutes more since they never placed my order before me arriving.
