Just starting to try Corner Chill & Grill with family for Taco Tuesday. Really like the atmosphere, food is good, but haven't tried much off the menu yet but want to, great drinks and prices, and excellent, personable staff. Passed by someone having pizza and it looked delicious! We've never had tacos quite like the ones made here...deep fried but not greasy, and with a bit of a tart, sweet salsa. Different! Am liking them!!! You should give this neighborhood favorite a try. I don't think you'll be disappointed!Kathy K.Parking: Not a huge amount of parking, and sometimes it gets crowded, but Corner Chill & Grill has a good parking lot.

Contemporary yet modern bar, sports on the tube, cold beers with great Music you can gamble if you like. Great Food, Well Lit Outdoor Patio for a reception of any kind, be it a family get together or a wedding reception. This place has it all. Get off on Main street and see your way around the city of Belleville, IL. You might stay a while.

First time at the Corner Chill and Grill. Place was pretty busy. Parking lot filling up. Came in greeted quickly and said pick where you would like to sit.. cool ?. Servers were working as a team.. one stopped by for our drinks. Came quickly to the table. Another working the floor came by for our food order. Again, good deal. ? ordered fried mushrooms ? for an appetizer. Basket came to the table. It was a very good portion of mushrooms. Very happy. Ordered the tacos..it was Taco Tuesday. Wife ordered a Wainwright burger with the fixins and a side salad. Some chips and salsa showed up. The salsa was a surprise. I think it was the sweetest salsa I've ever had. Almost jelly like. Although different, kept trying it. Was getting a little heat on the back end. Strangely addictive. Wife's side salad came, it was a good portion also. Tacos ? came. Loaded one up with condiments they have in basket... taco meat was sweet. Very different taco for my taste. I'm only speculating they use some of the sweet salsa in the meat mixture. Wife's Wainwright burger ? was good. All in all the whole experience was very good. Just couldn't get past sweet tacos. We will be back.. Monday is meatloaf night.
