I don't know what's wrong with belleville food service but they are all terrible. This dominos is no exception, pizzas are always wrong and cold because you order and it takes 2hrs to get your food because they can't keep employees. This is a direct reflection of management because no one is trained or supported at this store.

I arrived on time to pick up my pizza, so it should’ve been fresh instead it was cold and barely warm. The taste was bland with almost no flavor, and even though I paid for extra cheese for my kids, it definitely wasn’t there. Overall experience: 2/10. The workers were cool though.

The staff at this location are AMAZING ANGEL HUMANS!!!! I pulled up to the window to pick up my order and my car’s E brake malfunctioned and got stuck on. I couldn’t move my car an inch. So there I was stuck at their window with my toddler in the car and having no idea what to do. Everyone working was so sweet and did their best to help figure out how to get it moving again. They gave me a lollipop and took such good care of me. Idk how but after almost an hour I finally got my car to move again. Let me tell you, this experience has made me a dominos pizza till I die girly. Everyone working tonight deserves everything good in the world and I hope they know I adore them all endlessly. Thank you doesn’t even begin to cover it! ❤️❤️❤️

This was disappointing. Used one of the deal combos. Cheese stuffed 2 topping and Parm bites. Used online to order. I know I pushed philly cheese steak specialty. My favorite. Received order,,Parm bites were undercooked. No color drenched in butter. I had one and it was not good. Open the pizza and was not philly cheese steak. It was just philly meat and red sauce. I called the location 2x to report. Staff could not have been nicer. They offered credits,,but I was hungry I wanted to replace. Sooo,very busy but order arrived,,mind you I tipped 6$ for first delivery and then another 5$ for second. Opened the notes,,same raw looking bites. I was shocked. I open the pizza,,I did receive correct this time,, tried to get a piece and the middle crust was NOT cooked. Less than 1/3 of the slice was edible. I choose not to call for the 3rd time. Obviously they were so busy cooking bites and pizza were very difficult. Or the oven broke,,no idea. I wasted 35$ on order and tips. I won't use the location again. Each item needed a second bake. Wound up throwing out entire thing.

Every time we order food from here it has been good. I called and asked for them to cook our pizzas well done and they did, and it was one of the best pizzas I’ve had from there. They’re genuinely nice as well, I’ve gone in before and they’re always very kind and helpful.
