Overall consistently unhappy with service from this store. Orders remain in ‘prep’ phase for duration of expected delivery time - if your order is expected to arrive in an hour, it won’t go into the oven for another hour. Store doesn’t call customers to notify of unexpected delay and has poor communication. I have received entirely wrong deliveries from this store multiple times after waiting hours for hours. Discrepancy between expected delivery times and realistic delay of prep should be addressed ASAP - would place orders far, far in advance if you want to have your food actually arrive for lunch/dinner. 🙁

Made an order last night #862575. Literally spent $60 something on food that took over two hours to get to my house. We live 6 MINUTES AWAY. Put the order in at 645! And didn't our food until 9:20! Our pizza tasted like it had been sitting for awhile. My husband got wings and supposed to be 8 and there was only 7! And they weren't good quality either. Only thing that was worth getting was the dessert unfortunately. This is our first time in awhile we order delivery for pizza and had horrible experience. We honestly should have canceled the order but was already getting late and we were hungry I'm 9 months pregnant and have a 4 year old who kept asking about the pizza. Working at pizza place before, we understood being short staffed but that was absolutely ridiculous. We even tipped the driver too. You all really need to get better management, and COMMUNICATION WITH CUSTOMERS IS IMPORTANT!! Very disappointing.

I ordered 2 pizzas from Domino's Store # 2931 in Belleville, IL. I have clear instructions on how to deliver pizza. I said to knock on the door and leave pizza on doormat. I received notification that it was there but when my daughter opened the door there was no pizza.
I called the store to inform them that I received a notification but no pizza was on my doormat. I didn't get the guy name who I spoke with but he assured me that he would get in contact with the delivery driver to see what happened.
As I wait for his call, I told my daughter to look outside the main entrance to the apartment building and sure enough it was sitting outside of my building in the rain instead of in front of my apartment door. Then my daughter tells me a slice of pizza was missing.
I called the store back again and lady name Christy answered the phone and she was very rude. She put me on hold and then the phone hung up. Called back and she was still rude saying she canceled the order because this is a scam. I told her I have no reason to scam anyone. She goes on to say, "There will be a note saying that you can not use a card for delivery. And that the pizza wasn’t out there that long for a slice to be missing.” I told her she did not have to worry about that because I won't be buying from Domino's again .
I have NEVER been accused of anything, let alone scamming a business. I definitely will NOT be buying anything from ANY Domino’s again!!!

the pizza was OKAY.. wings was told to be well done and still were not and it looks like they just tossed drops of buffalo sauce inside the box. i felt very disrespected and was disappointed. on the other hand the pizza was also tasty.

Every time I go to use one of their coupons on their website when I add it it says invalid coupon and I can't even place an order anymore and no customer service whatsoever

The driver went to a location not listed on the order and was upset when that was wrong. The driver then showed up to a busy area and was rude to security. The driver then screamed at the management and was unsafe driver out of the area filled with kids.

2nd three cheese Mac n cheese. Literally nothing else to say....

My family and I have ordered from Dominos multiple times. Our family has been long time customers. Almost everytime we order from this store... The cheesy bread is not cooked through and there are always ingredients missing or just the wrong pizza overall. I have tried to give feedback and they try to make it right with a free pizza or whatever and that is nice enough but I would prefer to just have it right the first time and not risk getting sick by undercooked food items. The delivery people are always giving their best.

Pizza was overcooked, they were willing to make another one so I went inside to wait. No one were wearing gloves the cook cleaned the prep table with no glove the started kneeling the dough with no gloves. This was the same person that I checked out with after handling money than making pizza with out glove. I wonder do they do health safety class. If so where is management. Disgusting! I wish I could give it a zero. I will never be there again Thank God I didn't get sick from eating there previously????????

I paid an extra $3.30 for additional pepperoni and Debbie prepared my pizza and it was not on there. I called the store and spoke with Katie who said they will give me credit for a FREE medium-sized ?. It has been a few days and it is still not in my account.
